Solari Report Digest 4
September 25, 2009
The U.S. debt clock’s wake up call, a dose of common sense for swine flu fears, and learning the rules of success and survival.
Guests: Dr. Laura Thompson, Attorney Alan Phillips, and Author Laurence Gonzales
A wake up call for America. An ounce of prevention and a dose of common sense in a segment on swine flu and vaccinations. And learning the rules of success and survival with Laurence Gonzales.
T here was a time not too long ago when the word trillions was rarely used. Now, with record deficits, the word is commonplace. Catherine walks us through the country’s balance sheet with the help of the U.S. debt clock (www.usdebtclock.org), and explains what these numbers mean to each of us. She also offers two very different scenarios for reducing the deficit.

In a recent double header on the Solari Report focusing on swine flu, Catherine spoke with Dr. Laura Thompson of the Southern California Institute of Nutrition, and attorney Alan Phillips (see Swine Flu Doubleheader). Dr. Laura Thompson addresses a question from a Solari Circle member on what to say to teach others why they should avoid the vaccinations.

In a recent Solari Report Briefing (9.17), Catherine spoke with Laurence Gonzales, author of Deep Survival: Who Lives, Who Dies and Why, and Everyday Survival: Why Smart People Do Stupid Things. In this excerpt he explains the relevance of wilderness survival skills to each of us individually and collectively as a society. And we hear the first two of his "12 Rules of Survival" (all twelve can be heard in the archive of the Solari Report.)
