Catherine Austin Fitts is the founder of Solari, Inc. and managing member of Solari Investment Advisory Services, LLC. She is a former managing director and member of the board of Dillon, Read & Co. Inc, Assistant Secretary of Housing-Federal Housing Commissioner in the first Bush Administration and president of The Hamilton Securities Group. Her full bio is available here. 

Paul Ferguson runs a family office in the Boston area, managing a portfolio that is focused primarily on natural resources: mining, energy and agriculture. Paul has collaborated with Catherine on a number of projects and is grateful for the opportunity to help build Solari Silver & Gold.

Paul received his Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude degree in Social Thought and Political Economy from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1981. Paul spent several years working in technical and management positions for a number of high technology firms in the Boston area. Currently, Paul serves as on the Board of Directors and as corporate secretary for Shield Gold Inc., a publicly-traded minerals exploration company. Mr. Ferguson also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Process Unity Inc., a leading provider of on-demand risk and compliance management solutions.

Paul and his wife live in eastern Massachusetts where they are very busy trying to keep up with their two college-bound daughters and searching for the ultimate lasagne recipe.
