Note from Jason Bawden-Smith
I would just let your subscriber know we both use http://www.blushield-global.com/ for personal protection.
For source elimination/substitution/engineering controls best to first read my book. There are lots of easy cheap prudent precautions outlined. To go to the next remedial level you need to learn how to test (see the email I sent previously re testing below) or hire a building biologist or EMF professional to test the house. You must define the EMF issues specific to your living and/or working environment before spending money on remedial actions – which can be very complex and expensive to achieve the outcomes.
For everyday applications I use a Cornet ED88T electrosmog meter due to its size (cigarette packet), inconspicuous design so you can go unnoticed when testing in sensitive areas, a sound function which is a great way to get someone’s attention and it covers the 3 main EMF frequencies i.e. wireless (RF), magnetic (gauss) and electric fields. There are more accurate meters on the market and if JBS&G are doing professional surveys we use more precise (expensive) equipment.
I purchased my Cornet ED88T online http://www.radmeters.com/Cornet-ED88T.html But Jim may wish to start a relationship with a reputable local supplier like http://www.lessemf.com/metersbyapplication.html
Testing and interpreting results can get confusing. This is a good entry level article with a how to use Cornet ED88T video http://www.electricsense.com/10786/cornet-ed88t-emf-meter/ A great technical website for lay people is http://www.emfwise.com/detection.php

This Solari Report is of critical importance to your health and well being – and those you love. Please take the time to tune into this discussion.
Environmental scientist and entrepreneur Jason Bawden-Smith joins me from Sydney, Australia to discuss his new book, In the Dark – New Ways to Avoid the Harmful Effects of Living in a Technologically Connected World. Jason provides an excellent powerpoint to help us follow the technical aspects. We will post it in video form along with our audio this Thursday.
EMF radiation poses serious health risks. I highly recommend In the Dark to help you navigate these risks. Jason’s does an excellent job of making this invisible technology visible and helping you to determine practical steps to ensure you reduce your exposure wherever possible – both physically and financially!
In Money & Markets this week I will discuss the latest in financial and geopolitical news. Please e-mail or post your questions and suggestions for Ask Catherine.
In Let’s Go to the Movies, I will review Borgen, the Danish TV sensation that follows the career of a talented young politician who becomes the first woman prime minister of Denmark. As I described in my earlier review (Movie Review: Borgen), the series does a remarkable job of bringing the viewer into ” the room where it happens.”
Talk to you Thursday!
