Teenage Dutch singer Emma Kok floors the entire audience during André Rieu’s annual Maastricht concert in July 2023. The song she sings with such striking authenticity, “Voilà,” was written by French singer Barbara Pravi to represent France in the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest, gaining second place.
