This 6-pillar curriculum teaches the basic literacy we need to be personally and financially successful and to do so in a manner in which together we evolve a culture that supports the emergence of an advanced human civilization.
Is Melissa seriously expecting me to believe that she can train 500 physicians (of all acute and chronic ailments, including patients with stage IV cancer, ALS, hemorrhage from a ruptured placenta, psychosis, meningitis, athlete’s foot, concussions from car accidents, infertility, toothaches, cholera, heat stroke etc…) in less time, less effort, and less oversight than it takes to train a qualified plumber?
If you believe that, I’ve got some ocean-front real estate for sale. Cheap.
Elizabeth,
Oh no! I am not sure that you have the entire picture of what Melissa and her team are trying to accomplish.
I was so excited for you to see this interview. Even though I don’t have anything to do with hiring in the RMDY Academy of Homeopathy, I immediately thought you would make a wonderful guest lecturer or a clinical preceptor for this program. Here is a link to the list of the faculty at RMDY so far.
I have always respected your opinion and observations. I am a great fan of where you trained at the Canadian Academy of Homeopathy, they offer helpful and interesting courses. As you know, we used Classical Homeopathy to help my son heal after his vaccine induced brain injury in 2008. Everything I thought I could find to heal him in the mainstream medical system (but didn’t), I found with homeopathy, low dose Cutler chelation, Nambudripod’s Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET), various physical/speech therapies and of course, prayer! Mainstream medicine NOT needed.
As far as I can tell, Melissa has never said she was training 500 homeopaths the world over to RUN the clinics by themselves right after graduation. She is putting them on the path to expert. Which takes practice and support. Her dream is to build the Homeopathic Centers everywhere, beginning with two, one in Australia and the other in the US, possibly in Texas and build from there. When the centers are built, the RMDY students will be training in them getting hands-on experience under highly qualified homeopaths like yourself. These will be run by the most experienced homeopathic practitioners, other supportive disciplines and business people she can find. The homeopaths that work at the centers do not have to be trained at RMDY. In my opinion, other homeopathic programs/schools will be excited to work with these centers to build a better future for all of us.
The RMDY Academy website states:
“Our Academy’s built on a competency-based learning model, moving beyond traditional teaching to ensure you not only grasp the theoretical foundations of homeopathy but also develop the practical skills needed for real-world application. Over two years, this program is designed to produce highly skilled homeopaths who are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to establish and sustain a successful practice.”
I am personally impressed with Melissa’s program. It is very intensive and comes with a great deal of support. Including, qualified preceptors, a variety of clinical placement and professional guest lecturers. These new homeopaths will one day be great homeopaths. They come out of school already working with their family, neighbors and church members as their patients. They are constantly getting advice and support from their mentors. From what I hear, there is a great deal of effort by students and staff alike & faculty oversight involved.
Feel free to contact Melissa and anyone else at the school by using the form on the website to discuss your concerns and ideas. I am sure you would like Melissa as much as I do! https://rmdyacademy.org/pages/contact-us
We must rebuild our health system. This isn’t going to be easy, but I know if we all work together we can change things for the better.
Thank you for your comment,

Jennifer,
What I appreciate about you is that we can disagree (on my part, rather vehemently) and yet you still respond with care.
I often tell people that “some people are lilies, some people are tulips, and some people are roses. I am a cactus.” In the end, we both want the same thing (that people can heal) – we’re just going about it in our own way.
I’ve been reading G.K. Chesterton and he says “a dead thing can go with the stream, but only a living thing can go against it”. As you can tell, I’m an “against the stream” kinda girl.
Elisabeth,
I just think you are awesome. Of course people disagree. From the start, I could feel your conviction and knowledge. I really do respect your opinion.
If you ask anyone that has worked side by side with me while I battle the ‘system’ of death care, including what we are going through with my elderly Uncle, they would say I am more like a catcus! lol
Let’s keep fighting together for the same thing.
I am sure one day when we meet in person we will get along like two-‘cacti’ in a pod…or whatever two cacti would grow in. ; )
Thank you for your comments!!!!

Many of the older books use simple ingredients but you have to buy a health book from 1900 or so. Herbal medicines (by this I mean decent herbal medicine books written before 1970, back when guidebooks were still well written), every house should have one in the reference section. Today’s herbal books have lots of pictures and tend to focus on the 18 popular culinary herbs to cure everything. Acute care absolutely has it’s place where setting fractures after a car accident would likely be best addressed by xrays and casts. The idea that bringing in one’s internal stresses affecting health, that seems plausible for some ailments. We all know that woman who has breast cancer and for decades wanted to “get something off her chest”. Most people I recall from youth looking into alternative ideas would look to Edgar Cayce for example the oak barrel with apple brandy remedy, or calcium-iodine remedy for a lung complaint.
William,
I agree, emergency care has its place in medicine. In fact, doctors from India that own surgical medical centers in Australia had asked Melissa to have one of her Homeopathic Centers placed inside their medical center.
The recovery from acute trauma is where homeopathy shines.
Imagine instead of recovering from various procedures or treatments in a happy, bright, restful place where energy medicine is the name of the game and recovery/true health is what the practitioner’s are looking to achieve?
I agree about the books as well…the older the better! My library of older remedy books has grown so much after I took us out of the “healthcare” system. I found that good nutrition, rest, joy and good energy are the best medicine. Wherever Edgar Cayce was getting his amazing information, they were on the right track with various helpful remedies for sure.
Thank you for your comment!
