I was the person from question #4. regarding the digital license plates in Arizona. We bought a 2011 Chevy Malibu from a private seller and applied for plates at our local DMV. We did not go through a dealer, and we would NEVER buy a car newer than this one. The back of the license plate was silver conductive material of some sort. My guess is that THEY can scan these similarly to how they read credit cards at a distance.
You are waaaaay off the mark about fusion centers. They’re govt spy centers, joint local, state and DHS. Creepy as all get out. I believe a few years ago there was a news story about how some people were detained at the one in chicago, and were denied their rights.
