  1. Hi I am a brand new subscriber and new with learning about money. My husband and I recently received some inheritance and I would like to invest but have no clue where to even begin. Currently the funds are sitting in a high yielding savings account earning under %5, around $600/mo. I would like to be mortgage free and not sure if we should get an income vaca rental? I was a nurse for over 20 years before the covid nonsense and lived pay check by pay check. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

” Kingdom: Empowering new animated short from Lubomir Arsov, maker of In- Shadow
“When a dark force infects the hearts and minds of a docile society, a courageous individual must face the core of his own darkness, and rise to ignite the divine spark of all those around him.”

  4. I heard your recommendation about buying coins instead of bars for the people with the IRA. I don’t think you are allowed to buy coins if its in an IRA.
