I try to communicate with the planets in meditation so good to hear some thoughts about that subject.

Ms. Ulrike Granögger does not disappoint. She has had a number of very interesting deep dive articles, always well researched. I enjoy her interviews with other scientists as she arrives well read with interesting questions and topics to explore. It would be interesting to see some of the articles or people who she has collected this data from. It was a lot of material in a long chat format.
Ulrike Granögger is fantastic. But she is wrong wrong wrong on mediation. Yeah they transcend various levels of consciousness, but so what. You want to hook-into universal energy. Grand Master Mantak Chia’s method is one stop shopping. The mircro-cosmic orbit ushers in the first step, guaranteed.
