1. What is your review on REITs as investment vehicles? I have put some money into a few of these and now I’ve to changed my outlook about them and they are not is liquid is I thought they were when I got in and in order to get out I will lose about a third of my investment . after listening to the Solary Reports I do not feel these were the right investment. you have stressed quality, quality quality. I have always been am intermittent gold bug, though I do not have a core position in any gold currently. Please I would appricate any thoughts you’d like to share.

   1. Were these private REITS – ie not liquid? Very different animal than liquid REITS. Either way, it depends on both the underlying asset and the particular REIT. Yes, quality, quality, quality. Generally, I am dubious on non-liquid investments unless they are very high quality. You want to make sure that any private, non-liquid investment is limited to a small % size of your total savings.
