Hello Catherine, I hope all is well in your world- I happened to be watching of all things Netflix & I actually saw a really good documentary on opioid drugs devastation in a neighborhood in Louisiana- I think it really shows what your talking about in our local neighborhoods. This thing put feet to the concept & totally made it real – It’s called the Pharmacist! If you have time check it out- your principle of turtle forth comes alive!
