1. Wow, I just signed up, Catherine and John Titus together. That was the fastest hour and half in my life. Left me saying, done already, I want more.

   I really hate the cold showers. Do you ever get used to them?

   1. I have come to love them. Huge impact on my energy. And seems to clean and refresh my energetic body.

   2. Also, I start with a nice warm shower. I only go to the cold shower at the end of my normal warm shower.

5. I want to further the discussion around the legal strategy that might be in play with mRNA. What are the thoughts around the SCOTUS case: ASSOCIATION FOR MOLECULAR PATHOLOGY ET AL. v. MYRIAD GENETICS, INC., ET AL. Argued April 15, 2013—Decided June 13, 2013 (link below)?

   My understanding is that if something unnatural is added to human DNA then it can be owned and patented by an entity other than the person with the unnatural DNA.

6. Several times, I’ve heard Catherine reference opinions from Kevin Shipp, who styles himself as a CIA whistleblower. The term “CIA whistleblower” is not necessarily oxymoronic — there are some legitimate examples. But the general rule is that those guys do not escape their masters except in extreme circumstances, and in the case of Kevin Shipp, every direct exposure I have had to him told me he is a disinformation agent. That doesn’t mean everything he says is valueless, but for sure, caveat emptor.

   Catherine, you mention at around 11 minutes that the poor recent performance of Moderna’s stock price suggests “somebody’s worried”. I saw today that Moderna’s CEO Stephane Bancel has reportedly sold $400M worth of stock, and deleted his Twitter account:

   Apparently, Noubar Afeyan, another Moderna cofounder, has sold $1.5B of stock, also.

   They obviously know or strongly suspect something bad is about to happen. Now that the Covid narrative is no longer being supported, do you think they know a bunch of lawsuits are going to be brought against them?
