old news David Martin busted this Moderna stock trading anomallies since before the jabs came out. But hey What does he know.
Super Money & Mkts Report this week! Catherine, I think you are 100% on point relative to the insurance issue and a revived interest on the part of the insurance company’s corp attorneys into the professional indemnification aspects of the pharma companies, in this case Moderna. It may be that Moderna’s E&O Insurance and/or D&O Insurance is at a point to be re written based on an annual term policy ending. Back in the day, I did see some two year term policy contracts in the U.S. for Director’s and Officers Insurance but they were rare. My guess is, if there’s a potential delay in coverage or pending “underwriting issues” regarding a new policy, then you might see a shake up on the Board at Moderna with ship jumping as an option for board members prior to new policies being put in place. We’ll see.
I was staying on FBook because of my in law’s family so they could see my boys…I will send them photos and drive up to see them. Getting off of Facebook Tonight. My husband never made a FB page, he said “It’s the Feds” my Dad agreed and reminded me that if it looks too good to be true, it probably comes with a punch in the gut & possibly prison. lol Collecting phone numbers from my actual friends to write down in a paper address book. I am an idiot. Thanks again for the kick in the seat CAF! xo Jen ; )
Provider Relief Fund Audits – The Tip of the Iceberg? The PRF is a $178 billion fund created by Congress through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, designed to provide financial relief to healthcare providers during the COVID-19 pandemic. HHS subdivided the PRF into various general and targeted distributions, which have been paid to providers in several waves between April 2020 and the present. Each type of distribution came with a detailed set of terms and conditions, to which the provider had to agree. Providers did not make requests or applications for this funding. However, simply because a provider received money did not mean they were entitled to keep it; a provider also had to meet the eligibility criteria.
Furthermore, providers were required to either attest to their compliance with the terms and conditions of the PRF payment, including eligibility criteria and restrictions on use of the funds, or return the money to HHS. Providers that took no action were “deemed” to have attested that they were in compliance with the terms and conditions. New round of audits coming

Ask Catherine: You mentioned that you have none of your retirement in any IRA or 401ks. As someone who just knows the basics of retirement I thought those were the basic retirement vessel options . I have never heard of others. What are other retirement vessels that you can put your money into ?
All owned outright by me in a way that generates increased value while generating relatively small amounts of taxable income:
!. My own business
2. Real assets
3. Other businesses
4. Real estate
5. Bank deposits
6. Mutual fund with stocks screened by Solari Investment Advisory Services
I have a small pension fund from Dillon Read – so in that sense I have one tax sheltered vehicle.
Can either you or John talk about how will the Federal Reserve ever reduce its balance sheet? Since they have built the balance sheet with money they made up to buy money they made up,stocks, bonds etc. For example 100 billion a month for the fed desk to buy assets. If they ever reduce the balance sheet someone would have to buy the assets. There is nobody that can afford to buy the assets they bought with the printing press. Or does that mean they now own almost everything and buying more????? Mike
I would like for you folks to organize the Insurance cos. actuarial data that I am culling from many different sources and interviews. Money, or the loss of it, beyond stuff like quarterly predictions usually tells the tale. Solari seems to be able to eliminate useless data and hit the bullseye. Would like some charts to easily show the data to people even dumber than me.
Can you post the data?
