  2. Here’s another data point for your pattern matching:

    In Jan 2021, I was working for a different biotech company that does R&D for cancer treatments by genetically modifying the patients T cells to make antibodies targeting the cancer. It was a smaller company that had been purchased by a large pharmaceutical company.

    In Jan 2021, the larger company implemented a booster mandate with a deadline of early March for compliance. The uproar from employees astonished me. These are extremely specialized niche scientists that are in demand and nearly impossible to replace. Many threatened to leave.

    The parent company went forward with the booster mandate anyway. In a private conversation with one of the scientists who refused to comply—I asked her—why would the
    Company be willing to harm themselves by losing critical talent over something everybody internally knows doesn’t work?

    She pointed out that the parent company was in final stages of trying to get FDA approval on a lucrative new drug, but approval had been stalled and dragging along. She said the amount of money the company will make far outweighed the loss.

    Again—I see the meetings. Not all of them—but enough to get a gestalt. Indeed, there had been some high level in-person FDA meetings at HQ and in DC two weeks before the booster mandate was hastily rolled out.

    And just like that, a week later, corporate gleefully announced FDA approval of lucrative drug X had *finally* came through; and thank you all for your hard work to make this happen.

  3. I thought everyone knew that the vaccine development was overseen by the DOD? That’s what WarpSpeed was. I worked as an executive assistant at a biotech company in 2020 that jumped in on that. There were regular meetings with DARPA and other various agencies. But DARPA made my hair stand on end.

    1. Oh and Janet Napolitano joined the BOD in fall of that year.

      The warp speed docs were public though. I went online to read them as I tried to piece together the threads.

      Last week you talked about the farmers in the Netherlands being forced to sell their farms due to carbon footprint, or they would be taken from them. Do you think the Dutch citizens will be able to stop this? Clearly small farms are not responsible for climate change. I am hoping the Dutch people will fight this and win. We must fight back and protect our farmers, the animals, and our food supply. The climate change fear mongering is being used to control us. The Europeans seem to have more say when it comes to their food. How do you think this will go? I am hoping and praying for the farmers and the animals.

  5. John Titus has not been following Sasha Latypova and Katherine Watt? KW has laid out the legal framework for the Emergency Response Measures. The contract was between Pfizer and the DoD in partnership with FEMA. It went into effect when the proper official declared the Emergency. The contract did not specify the ingredients or the effects of the measures. When the argument that fraud voids the contract was brought up in court (and John Titus has mentioned it within the year), Pfizer stoutly maintained that the contract was fulfilled as written; there was no fraud. The injectables are not commercial products (you cannot buy them) nor are they medicines (your doctor cannot write a prescription). The vials are federal property until the contents are injected, then they are nobody’s business. Pharma is no more liable for the consequences to the injected than bullet manufacturers are liable for consequences to the shot. If the judges read the laws, Pharma is correct.

    1. Two questions.

      One, if it’s true that the Emergency Response Measures governed the disposition of injectables from manufacture to injection, was the status of products as either being under emergency use authorization or not (as was the case with Comirnaty, which was allegedly fully approved by the FDA) simply irrelevant?

      Two, where can I find the clearest explanation of the case being made out by SL and KW, preferably but not essentially in writing?

      1. Hi,John. You can’t buy Comirnaty in the US. If you did, you could examine the contents. I subscribe to BailiwickNews@substack to support Katherine Watt. I think you can see it without subscribing. She has outlined the legal trail several times, going back to the 1990s, at length. Her post of Jan 11 summarizes the material. Here’s an excerpt: Under Stafford Act authority, President Trump declared a Public Health Emergency (PHE) on March 13, 2020 (Stafford Act, P.L. 93-288 as amended).

        Under a PHE, medical “countermeasures” are not regulated or safeguarded as normal pharmaceutical products (21 USC 360bbb-3(k): use of EUA-covered medical countermeasure (MCM) products, once designated as such by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (March 10, 2020, retroactive to February 4, 2020) “shall not be considered to constitute a clinical investigation.”

          I take it from what you’ve said here that the FDA lacks the legal authority to shut down the EUA c19 vaccines?

          1. Yet they could not stop senior FDA staff from resigning in public protest? What is the world coming to, when staff resignations are beyond the reach of Star Chambers?

            If there were US laws, public or non-public, which influenced policy/actions of leaders in the US public or private sector, how would that explain similar events in many other countries, whose leaders were not subject to those laws?

          4. John, the FDA/CDC/NAIAD are not in charge. They are simply pretending to be in charge.

            The enemy is not foreign. It is domestic. It is the various agencies of the government working on behalf of the elite/deep state to complete their mission of depopulation and control.

            When watching/reading exposé videos/documents regarding the numerous contracts connected to this genocide exercise, one has to remember that many of the found contracts are rabbit holes deliberately set to keep people off the trail of the truth. I believe the ‘lab leak’ and associated documents are such rabbit holes. And the term “adverse side-effects” is the biggest rabbit hole of them all, because there are no side-effects, only desired effects.

            Many (most?) of the specialists in the ‘truth camp’ have been compromised by their educations. They can’t see the truth because years of study and sponsored experiments has told them that the virus is real.

            2023 will be one doozy of a year.

  6. I live in Edmonton, Canada.

    My neighbour just suffered her third mini-stroke. She is 50 y.o.a. with three kids under 18. She was diagnosed with “vertigo”, and she’s happy with that diagnosis.
    Funny how vertigo now means you lose your ability to speak for two days after you’ve lost consciousness while driving, and then have uncontrollable movements in your left arm for days afterwards. But then again, I’m not am “expert”.

    One of my friends had three member of her family have severe heart attacks shortly before Christmas. All under the age of 50.

    As far as I know, they all got their combination flu shots this year.
