  1. Is money protected from government seizure if in an LLC ? Is gold protected from government seizure because it is not part of Fed. Reserve ? Thank you.

    1. Well, what is your assumption as to the reason the government gives for seizure? If for an unpaid tax, e.g., if they figure out you hold an interest in an LLC, they can levy on it. If they were to seize assets because they don’t like what you say, I would say that’s unconstitutional. If they are willing to do things that are unconstitutional, then all bets are off. It’s harder to find accounts in a name other than the obvious, of course, but that’s a practical, not legal issue. A co-owner in an assets that is seized may have greater success in getting the asset back, of course. Gold is an asset like everything else — a house, a boat, a horse….. Finding it to seize is the trick for enforcers.

  2. Doesn;t changing the payment currency of debt currency trigger a technical sovereign default?

  3. Catherine you alluded to the City of London and other Commonwealth nations benefiting from and likely being strategically behind this transfer of power away from the US and into the Silk Road. Could you please elaborate further on this or direct me to some background reading on this topic?

As someone who lives in the Commonwealth I often find it hard to find information that is not US-centric to inform my decision making in my business etc. However this is the first I’ve heard anyone suggest that the City of London and more broadly the Commonwealth may have a different agenda here to the US, so it’s a topic that would be of great interest and huge benefit to subscribers like myself.

  4. I’m wondering if Catherine or any subscribers can provide insight into how when I go into particular rabbit holes, the US Navy seems to be in them. This seems to be particularly the case in regards the Climate Change Agenda and Weather Modification.

  5. Catherine So much to say, but on a happy note, I loved the shout out to Pasadena at the end. I am a former resident. My parents had a home overlooking the Rosebowl. My grandmother lived in what is called Bungalow Heaven, near the and I spent many a happy time just walking around and looking at all the houses. Lovely, but Pasadena has its secrets. Daniel of Dark Journalist explores it some. I have moved out of the area, but can imagine in happier times, that I might see yu walking around the Rose Bowl and we can discuss “Hidden Pasadena.”

    1. Same here. Love the shoutout to Pasadena. I grew up in La Canada, just a stone’s throw away. It really is a beautiful and unique place.
