  1. I think we find ourselves casting about for ways to communicate to a greater majority than the few of us who more or less share the same views, like the kind of realization perhaps as “the wet bandits” in Home Alone Part 2, Escape From New York, had, where it belatedly occurs to the Joe Pesci character that “we’re getting scammed!”

We simply do not speak the same language as our children, and they are unable to translate the wisdom that we received through generations of tradition and lore and which we repeated in futility to a fully connected generation. We can only tell our war stories to people who knew what the war was. It’s a bad habit that we have, I admit. However, the amount of brainwashing and disinformation that proliferates among young people makes discussions that seem perfectly reasonable to us seem ridiculous and benighted to them.

A very important example is the matter of prejudice, which we were at once forewarned against, but likewise understood as a matter of behavior, not of philosophy. Other than magicians, no one ever told me not to believe my own eyes. Such is impossible for me to get across verbally to the young folks, now fully adults themselves. Yet, we must find a way because there is danger of unfathomable depth coming for those who are in a haze, and they have innocents, our grandchildren, to look after.

While many youngsters claim to adhere to Karl Marx, they have not read him, so cannot put what he proposes into context. They especially have not read that value comes from effort, nor even that his hated passive income comes from taking risks with investments. They seem to have a well- planted idea that money just occurs, and it’s your right to have it. Economic stimulus, countless billions sent abroad to fight wars that make no sense to anyone outside of Washington, and the destruction of every institution that has made America the place where people seek to become part of do not register as unviable to them. That’s pretty much the opposite of what we learned, practiced and preached.

The brainwashing has been thorough and repeated. We need to do a sort of national reprogramming along the lines that were spoken of to rehabilitate cult members during that craze in the 1970s and ’80s. Each one of them crashed because they had untenable philosophies. Woke-ism is an untenable philosophy. How do we get this across?

    1. Interesting…are you saying that in your experience the younger generation is pro war, or perhaps just ignorant of the billions spent? Come to think of it I wonder how the Ukraine war is polling among the young…if there is a generational gap (if polls reflect reality, an open question in my mind…)

    2. You can easy teach children socialism: put the most woke to do some work, the others to play video games; at the end of the day, reward them the same. Alternative, If both/all are woke than take 70% of reward for greater good.

  2. The Japanese in the very beginning prohibited blood donations for people who received the shots for, I believe, one year. I would love to know what they are doing now.

  3. Fun fact: there is no “Nobel Prize in Economics”, it is “Sveriges Riksbank [The Central Bank of Sweden] Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel”, first awarded 73 years after the passing of Alfred Nobel.

    1. Unbelievable. Wonder if the central banker who told Richard we were to be chipped was from the Central Bank of Sweden.

    2. That makes the story even more perfect: one of the biggest frauds on earth wins its fakest prize.

  4. Part 2… I was editing my comment and timed out.
I was adding Accenture (WEF Partner) – providing exploiting low wage Eastern employees to financially oppress Western employees. This has been happening for at 30 years. These companies have products that are at end of life cycle so they just cut labor costs for quarterly profits snd move labor costs from income statement to balance sheet by outsourcing. Then it’s a write off, no pensions, circumvent labor laws, all sorts of things that enrich them and enslave others.

Anyway, great show. As usual need to listen a few more times. Thank you!

  5. In essence, Gabbard is a Lieutenant Colonel for US PsyOps. From Wikipedia about Gabbard military service:

“Gabbard is a recipient of the Combat Medical Badge and the Meritorious Service Medal.[68] On October 12, 2015, she was promoted from the rank of captain to major at a ceremony at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.[69][70] She continued to serve as a major in the Hawaii Army National Guard until her transfer to the 351st Civil Affairs Command, a California-based United States Army Reserve unit assigned to the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command, in June 2020.[71][72]

… n October 2020, Gabbard left the Hawaii Army National Guard to join the Army Reserves with a California-based unit.[74] On July 4, 2021, Gabbard was promoted to the rank of lieutenant colonel.[75]”

  6. Best comic relief of the week…

John Titus: “pray tell, where does the calamari come from?”

I nearly spit my drink across the room on that one.
Thank you. We must never forget to laugh.
