      If someone was going to create a hypothetical, global, software-assisted control/nudge system at the individual level, how could cross-jurisdiction responsibility transfers be handled? e.g. person from Country A is visiting Country B, or relocates to Country C?

      Could data profiles for an individual be handed off between countries? Alternately, if there was a single global database/system, how would countries respond to control-related actions by a foreign or global team, taking place in a local jurisdiction?

      E.g. there are reports of 230,000 Chinese citizens being “persuaded” to return to China, based on foreign actions by Chinese “police stations” acting locally in major Western cities, https://safeguarddefenders.com/en/blog/230000-policing-expands

      Another example is Cass Sunstein’s academic (Obama-era) papers on “nudging”, which have lead to government nudge departments in some countries.       If software is involved, e.g. in blockchain databases or digital currency rules, the answer to “which faction is in control of this local nudge/transaction” cannot be ambiguous. It’s not clear to me how cross-jurisdiction software control could (hypothetically) be coordinated. Without such coordination, what happens when multiple regional or factional control networks want to nudge/influence/harvest the same human individual?

      1. Unfortunately Catherine, I believe it is more serious than what we can think of, or even imagine. When you have an institution non-profit in the medical system, with questionable money from questionable entities, very smart people and access to the technology, we have all the ingredients for the perfect storm – without us knowing what is happening.

        Psychopathic entities have been created with the purpose to ‘control others’ as if they have the truth. It is very real, and they have existed to perpetually subjugate under-develop countries around the world for decades, to regulate their wealth. It is the USA turn now to fight to potentially uncover the reality of ‘institutional personality disorders’ created for that purpose, and try to fix the devastating effects on humanity. A very difficult pill to take.

  5. Hello. I heard Catherine speak of places beginning to organize for people dealing with targeted individual / covert tactics . A focus on parasitic something (nano?) altering the body much like being found in the vaccine . Dr offices and ER hospitals just say you are crazy and I actually got a dr to change a diagnosis after having a burn mark on me where the ER BLAMED ME and sent me to MENTAL HEALTH … SO Catherine is not kidding
    I asked to snail mail proof that I am labeled unspecified and not paranoriod , they said it was delivered and IT NEVER WAS ! Again , she isn’t kidding.
    Further more , the head psych dr said she can not diagnose me with Havana syndrome like symptoms cause ( only government can do that ….ya mean like the government being sued by over 300 people at targeted justice .com ( classs action lawsuit ). Ya mean the CIA that gave us MKULTRA …..? The cia getting ahead of the Havana syndrome thing in their 60 minutes special ? My opinion .

    My point and ask , I’ve been dealing with this for MANY YEARS in different forms and I REALLY NEED game / life changing results to

    Prayer is great , but I logged 5- 10 hours of prayer this week or two…

    Maybe I’m doing it wrong but I do have 3 degreees in self mastery .
    Remember ability to pray is on these people’s list of things they want to damage …

    Group prayers , same time , mass numbers , clear intentions , everyone on the same page is an idea ….planets aligned energetically May help this process

    I sort of figured this out in the late 1970s from a news report on work on the oil rigs. The only way the report made sense was if the US Dollar was, in essence, counterfeit.

    1. They can’t unless they are looking at radical reengineering. My recollection was that I have believed all along that they might if they were ready to reengineer – I don’t remember saying that we should be assured that they would not. Can you give me the location of the reference?
