  1. Free, private, open-source speech transcription (audio to text), https://www.newyorker.com/tech/annals-of-technology/whispers-of-ais-modular-future

What’s so unusual about Whisper is that OpenAI open-sourced it, releasing not just the code but a detailed description of its architecture. They also included the all-important “model weights”: a giant file of numbers specifying the synaptic strength of every connection in the software’s neural network. In so doing, OpenAI made it possible for anyone, including an amateur like Gerganov, to modify the program. Gerganov converted Whisper to C++, a widely supported programming language, to make it easier to download and run on practically any device.

    1. SkyNet. Looks like the “Terminator” movies are now more prophetic than entertainment. Same with “Independence Day” when the Space Aliens used Earth’s satellite system against us.

    2. And same with the movie: “Colossus: The Forbin Project” where the entire world came under the “guidance” of the ‘voice of computer control’.

  2. I want to share a clip of superb political and legal acumen by Senator John Kennedy, Republican, Louisiana in a Senate hearing on “Carbon Neutral” funding last week. When questioned by Senator Kennedy both cannot answer how spending $50 trillion by 2050 will do anything to lower the temperature! Questioned are Robert Litterman, former Goldman Sachs and head of Risk Comm and Kepos Capital and Dr. Holtz-Eakin. So Senator Kennedy got them to follow the proposed money with nothing resulting from the investment! Mark Carney was questioned but I didn’t watch it. What a con he exposed. Classic.

      1. We published on both Money & Markets and Financial Rebellion this week.

    1. Yet they cancelled cash anyway. So people are going to Bitcoin instead of CBDC.
Existing cash cancelled on the 17th and “new” notes not yet distributed to banks.

Nigerians had until Feb. 10 to turn in 1,000, 500 and 200 naira notes. After that date, naira holders would have an additional seven days to deposit old notes directly with the CBN. As of Feb. 17, any old bills remaining in circulation are null and void.

      Premium for Bitcoin.

The recent collapse in the value of the national currency and the limitations placed on the amount of cash citizens can withdraw from ATMs resulted in demand for Bitcoin (BTC) skyrocketing. Earlier this month, the price of one BTC on the Nigerian crypto exchange NairaEX was 17.5 million NGN, or $38,010. This amounted to a 64% premium over Bitcoin’s market price.

  3. I hate it when CAF is spot on … 🙂 here comes the “Medical Mafia” on steroids.

The Epoch Times is reporting that this so-called treaty will be signed on Feb 27th. Without Senate ratification. Say hello to international medical tyranny.

Biden Admin Negotiates Deal to Give WHO Authority Over US Pandemic Policies

    1. Here is interesting information, also from Epoch Times, regarding the Who Treaty:
Seventeen U.S. senators, led by Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), introduced the “No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act” on Feb 15, which states that the pandemic accord must be deemed a treaty, thus requiring the consent of a supermajority of the Senate, which is two-thirds, or 67 senators.
“With all due respect to the sponsoring senators, that will not do the trick,” Francis Boyle, professor of international law at Illinois University, told The Epoch Times. The reason, he said, is that the WHO accord is drafted specifically to circumvent the Senate-approval process, and Congress instead should immediately withhold its yearly contributions to the WHO and take the United States out of the organization.
Currently, the United States is the largest contributor to the WHO’s $6.72 billion budget,
My question is what would it take to get the US out of WHO?

      1. Congress exits the WHO and reverses the approporiations for pandemic preparedness in the NDAA:
