This week Harry Blazer joins me to discuss the “Deep State.” This is the first conversation on this critical topic, with more to follow.

The Deep State has received a lot of coverage over the last few years. Unfortunately, it is difficult to navigate through the misinformation and disinformation – much of which is intentional.

I asked Harry to join me to define the Deep State and how it operates. In the first episode of this series, we focus on the time period from the passage of the National Security Act and the creation of the CIA until the end of the Eisenhower administration. We rely as our primary source on the books and interviews of L. Fletcher Prouty – a former Air Force colonel and insider who, more than than anyone else, has shed light on Establishment mechanisms and structures that have enabled the contemporary Deep State.

The primary forces that shape our world are covert. Those forces have grown considerably since the late 1940s when the national security state was formally created and given unimpeded access to a powerful US federal budget and credit mechanisms. Using the global reserve currency and securities markets, the national security state has married US sovereign cash flows and credit with the high-margin flows of organized crime, insider transactions and trading, and war. The result is a global economy and culture defined by violence, intrigue and secrecy.

This discussion is the first in a series that is designed to demonstrate that the Deep State exists and is a profound influence on every aspect of our lives. As always, we believe that by shining light and promoting transparency, we can help our subscribers and others navigate the head winds and live a free and inspired life.

  1. Why would very highly capable intelligent people who can execute detailed planning with success promote conflict, bloodshed & war on the face of the earth? And why are they now showing an arrogant side, it seems they are in a rush. Is it only about money, sex and power? Or is it something else?

    And how is it that after generations they seem to be on the same hymn page? As Harry said about Churchill & Disraeli this has been going on for 150 years. So what is the glue that keep the deep state and the high cabal together and what is the goal(s)?

    Recorded history shows there has been very little peace on this planet, I think I once read the last 3000 years 92% of the time there has been war & conflict. What would happen it there was an extended period of time of peace? Would the deep state & the high cabal dissolve? Now it takes lots of energy, planning, money,and equipment to keep the cycles of conflict going so why don’t they take advantage of the digital world and just lock down people by robbing their freedom? Once that happens Mr. Global can just kick back, relax for a few hundreds of years.

    The something else, besides sex, money and power, could be the harvesting of energy produced by people when they are in a stress, fear condition. It could be if this is about a spiritual warfare taking place and the deep state is drawing on a power from stress people for guidance for implementing control over the earth & people.

    Catherine, since I now find myself out on the branches about the deep state discussion let me ask you a question about where some of the 21 trillion may have gone. Do you think an Ark is being built by the high cabal? It took Noah 100 years to build a boat, maybe for many scores of years a massive Ark is being constructed and that is the glue that keeps the deep state working together with a sense of purpose.

    The U2 story is a great illustration of a group of people working above governmental level. The smoking gun of the US downing is the camera as it was the crown jewel of that aircraft and could not fall in the Soviet hands. After Gary Powers was released by the Soviets he became a civilian flying a helicopter in Los Angeles reporting on traffic conditions for a local news organization and died in a helicopter crash.

    1. Powers died for the same reason – ran out of fuel. Looked very suspicious to me.

      Exopolitics and a requirement to manage off planet or separate civilizations, including treaty obligations and tribute, are logical explanations for what is happening. But it could also just be a small intergenerational group that run it that way – especially if they managed higher IQs and longer life spans.

  5. There is also an occult/religious aspect to the conspiracy. It would be interesting to include that in some of these discussions in order to give people an idea of the motives that underlie and drive these nefarious activities. We are truly in a war of good versus evil which affects every aspect of our lives. Of course there is also a large group of people who are asleep while the battle rages.

    1. My concern is that I think that an effort is made to disassociate people from what is right in our face. Much easier to shift into the occult, the religious, the bizarre, the paranormal, the alien than to face that the folks from the Harvard Corporation may be killing you and taking your money. I have a lot of personal experience with violence. The folks doing it had magical technology. But they were essentially the 12 year old boys who pulled wings off of flies – who had just grown up and continued to get a way with murder.

      They do because they can. And while they get away with it, they can get us to invent complex, imaginative stories of why the obvious is not happening. Is the problem that they are doing it or is the problem that we can not face it and call it out for what it is?

      1. I would add that there is tremendous distrust for the general population in the leadership. In my experience, they believe that the best way for them to have a free and inspired life is to manage us in the way we are being managed. War, organized crime, etc are all working strategies for a population that you can not trust to be responsible and wealth creating. Question is all systems that encourage responsibility and wealth creation – and there are many that we could do – will not guarantee their control. So stealth and covert ops achieves guaranteed control of the existing leadership. They do not see meritocracy as a practical alternative.

  7. Nice little dialogue and overview. What is less clear is counter-strategies, particularly how we might exchange ideas on them without adding another order of complexity to something that is already almost intractable. What can be said openly is that one key is/ will be to intersperse your own demodulated information into the accepted narrative. However, as with any encoding, the receiver has to understand the figure vs. the ground. We can easily speak in analogies and high-level concepts, but there is a considerable need for nitty-gritty nuts-and-bolts how-to’s that can be shared with a high signal-to-noise ratio that continues to elude us. Whatever our complaints might be about Trump, he is pretty good at putting out countervalent information without a lot of obfuscatory gingerbread. That’s virtuous among politicians, by my measure.

    It is clearly no coincidence the level of censorship that has been going on throughout the media universe. Our communication is not desired, even if we are awash with information. While the legendary builders of Babel fell out over what has been characterized as linguistic incoherence, our own efforts to get beyond the Eighth Sphere are thwarted by the denial of service on the very media that might be keeping us there. This leads us to conclude that the retreat from (8) and a development of the spiritual senses without the guarantee of gratification as we might currently apprehend it, will have to become our next frontier.

      I don’t see a way to lay out what to do again – lots on the topic that I can republish with Part II – without laying out the full description of the Deep State. It is a complex multi-layered phenomenon. You have to see it to make sure you can avoid stepping on it! I do plan on talking about what you can do after we are through the full description.
