Across the planet, the proliferation of wireless telecommunication technologies has substantially increased people’s exposure to radio-frequency electromagnetic fields (EMFs). Unfortunately, these technologies have significant implications for privacy, health, and functionality of equipment. Fortunately, there are steps we can take to protect against some of the dangers of ubiquitous microwave radiation as well as other man-made threats such as electromagnetic pulse (EMP) effects.
This week, we discuss EMF solutions with Jared Scholten, the sales director for Faraday Defense, a Michigan-based company offering solutions to protect both people and equipment from EMF radiation and electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference—such as that produced by an EMP—that can cause electronics to malfunction or stop working entirely. The company’s flagship products, conductive textiles, are known for their shielding applications.
In addition to defining EMF radiation and reviewing considerations pertaining to privacy, health, and functionality, Jared and I will discuss do-it-yourself measures as well as the merits of hiring an EMF home tracing expert to assist with additional protection and remediation.

All EMF dangers were known a long time ago. The military research from the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s were in my textbooks describing the dangers and in the military we mitigated those dangers with equally advanced shields and all other manners of technology and techniques to keep other nearby electronics and personnel safe.
One Ticonderoga or Arleigh Burke Class radar technician can describe more than all the EMF doctors and experts on YouTube about 5G, but they and the engineers behind designing the systems can’t or won’t. So we’re busy wasting time and money “researching” what was already researched ages ago. Discussing “possible” or “potential” health effects that were understood decades ago which I might add there are many sad real life military accidents with victims of EMF, RF energy systems that back-up the theoretical guessing.
It’s actually a great delaying tactic to keep opposition to a clearly dangerous and destructive thing frustrated and stuck.
Unfortunately, the powers that be want it.
When the people who want something are willing to kill for it,
Unless there are people willing to die preventing them from achieving it,
they’ll get their way.

Very good advice Sean. The EMF radiation is another symptom of the governance problem.
There’s a lot to be desired here in this discussion on attempting to shield electronics for privacy and personal health. There’s already successful military research on the penetration of metallic shielding done several years ago. These 3G/4G/5G and 6G systems are just US military technology, we have paid for, and are spun off into companies that make us pay for it again and again to their enrichment. When I left the Navy in 91’ I noticed all the microwave installations going up in the NJ and NY area and even though microwave radar was a specialty of mine along with radiation sciences in electrical, electronics and nuclear, I couldn’t get anyone to care. The Bau Biologie Institute, then in Clearwater were open and leaders in healthy living sciences. Unfortunately they never had the appeal of the other organizations for sustainability versus real health. People want their toys. People don’t care unless they feel the pain personally, which the equipment designers know and keep the effects below thresholds.
In 2010 I started my company, Smart Block, and patented security against Smart Meter data collection that I saw happening in the utilities which really bothered me because I also more importantly saw how they were deceiving the public and making profits on the data that had no benefit to the customers, even worse, they had no idea what was next once the infrastructure was fully in- time of use rates, tight controls from unelected save the planet boards who’ll peer into your homes and businesses and pass judgement on you with rate penalties or disconnections.
Here we are now. Pain is coming and maybe people will listen for once on what they need to do to protect themselves. Faraday bags are useful in certain situations, but certainly not what’s needed for what’s up ahead.

Agree that there are many more EMF topics that need to be covered, but this was a good ice-breaker. Are you familiar with 802.11bf Wi-Fi Sensing in Wi-Fi 7, scheduled for 2024? What will consumers do when they realize their neighbors can “see through” their walls and observe all physical human activity in a home, apartment and business, down to their heartbeats?
Would you consider doing a presentation on EMF shielding of humans and electronics, here or elsewhere? Some conferences may be interested in interviewing an expert.

Oh, I felt a solid beam of something while I was sleeping a month ago
I grabbed a thick frying pan , put it over my backside where the beam was hitting me , left it there too long , and it burned a 6 inch or so mark onto my backside ( fell asleep with pan on me )and injured one side of my body but I’m ok now. I took a picture of it , went to ER , showed them , they lied and said I wanted to harm myself , but didn’t tell me this , put me in a holding cell like place for 4 hours where I found out after a few hours I was being sent to the phych ward ….
I kid you not ….

I’m a targeted individual , ballooned to 325 pounds , woke up most mornings screaming due to some of the strangest sensations that were like muscle cramps but they lasted longer than your average cramp . ( working hypothesis …toxified in my sleep ) I could not walk for a while , then let’s just say some miracles happened in my life involving some figure , hard to see, female , comes in my room and held my feet for a while as I had them propped up …… then just vanished right through the wall ….

It’s what I experienced …
Since that point , I’m still targeted ….but I’ve lost 100 lbs and can walk again ., and have had experiences that almost have to be positively spirituall in nature … it’s like I’m smack dab in the middle of a spiritual battle to be perfectly honest ….

Oh, I am one of those lights in the sky , missing time 4 and a half hours , download experiencer people ( 2007 or 2008)
Catherine has taught me that abduction/ contact experiences like this isn’t necessarily “aliens”
And I am absolutely sure that mind control is a thing , and I’m part of something that has been going on for a long time for me that kind of screams or shows itself as spiritual battle

Land / equipment for researching and creating solutions and a place for people like myself to go / heal/ / etc
Knowing how brutal this has been the past few years …
and realizing it could happen to millions of others .
Is like having the weight of the world on your shoulders
because I feel like I should have done more due to my 15 year obsession with safe spaces and dozens of very strange experiences , both positive and negative

Yes, this is a spiritual battle. That’s why I have to step back from the high tech responses. I could buy everything, and still be in the spiritual battle, just distracted by worrying about my gear working properly. Hearts and minds clear, all the time. You will be okay, God has never stopped being happy with you. (I know this now that I’ve been a grandmother for two weeks.)

I don’t have any information to provide regarding your experiences (I wish I did), but regarding your request for detoxification advice, I’d like to recommend:
Sauna. I think all the sweating one does in a sauna helps clear the body of toxins. And I’ve heard it’s brilliant for cardiovascular health!
The ‘Big Six’ lymphatic massages. I heard about this via Dr Mercola’s newsletter and website: “https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2024/04/20/lymph-flow.aspx”. Doing them daily, I think I’ve experienced a massive detox.

After consulting with a number of Electrical Engineers in the field re: smart blocks, faraday cages over the SM….they concurred that it sends the signal back into the home. I tried one and returned it and finally Opted Out…and put RF foil on the inside wall opposite the meter.
Catherine, Please note that in USA there are states where you can Opt Out of the Smart Meter. While it doesn’t address all EMF impacts it does make a significant difference.

Yes! And, after opting out I still put up RF foil on the inside wall behind the meter. And, then my townhome neighbor got a super fast router that broadcast throughout my home and the home next to his. I negotiated with him and we found a wireless solution.
What states are you referring to. I live in NC
Hi Alison, People need to check their respective state and their energy company to see if they offer an OPT OUT option. NC does allow OPT OUT. Hope this answers your question.
The NC opt out is conditional on a medical letter, and you still are forced to get the smart meter, the medical letter just allows it to become a “non-communicating” meter, i.e., they supposedly turn the communicating part off and come and read the meter physically at the dwelling. But the meter itself is still an AMI meter.
I’m opting out in WNC and they aren’t requiring a waiver. If you can obtain a med waiver you don’t have to pay the associated costs, otherwise you do have to pay the one time fee plus an additional monthly charge to have the meter manually read each month.
Claire you use the word “supposedly”. That’s the way I look at it.
Claire, You can opt out of the radio part w/out a medical waiver.
Hi Catherine. Thanks for your info. I pursued the opt-out in NC a few years ago and did receive a medical “opt-out” but only for the RF pulsing. I also have a faraday cage that fits over the meter. Duke Energy comes out each month to read the meter. I found no way to opt out of the meter itself for analog.
Hi Alison, Correct. They turn off the radio. It was recommended that I DO NOT put a faraday cage over the meter. Instead, put the RF foil (Stetzer Electric sells as well as SLT.co) on the inside wall. My understanding is that analogs are no longer available.
I really appreciated the EMP information – it really wasn’t on my radar so to speak and I’m electrically Hypersensitive. At this time, I do not believe that there is a meter on the market that can read FiveG ….at least not one that most could afford.

If there was an EMP attack, most cars on the road would be unable to move, rendering the roads unusable. In some regions, an EMP-protected offroad vehicle may be able to move.
On Windows/Linux laptops with a physical wired ethernet port, the WiFi card is usually in an M.2 slot and can be physically removed, reducing attack and leakage surface. There are $100 LTE battery powered travel routers from GL.net that can run OpenWRT (open-source routing software), with an ethernet port for wired connection. They can used to share WiFi (e.g. hotel) or LTE among multiple devices. Much easier to shield a tiny palm-sized router than a laptop. Also reduces the need to authenticate hotel wifi portals to only one device, rather than adding the hotel SSID to all of your devices, from where those SSIDs will be broadcast in the future.
Windows can be shielded with conductive mesh, which allows light (important for mental health!) to enter the window. In practice, “trapped waves bouncing around a shielded space” is rarely a problem, exactly because it’s so difficult to shield completely that the goal isn’t shielding but attenuation. Metal insect screens on existing windows can provide some shielding, depending on the mesh size and metal composition.
If there are hotspot sources of RF, a directional meter may be needed to narrow down a specific area for additional shielding.

How are Faraday bags treated at airport security? Do electronic devices such as laptops, hard drives and USB sticks have to be taken out of the bags to be scanned or can they pass through the scanners kept protected in the bags?
You said that you felt the effects of the meters. In order that I can be aware of the signs can you please tell what was it that you felt?

Richard lighthouse seems to think that most products can’t stop scalar waves and that the best thing he knows of is water , water pillows , etc when it comes to what targeted are now facing …..
