  1. Those that are concerned about being required to have an injection by schools or employers understand that under emergency use authorization they can’t require an inject, just bully you into compiling. This is part of the reasons we are seeing prizes and lotteries to take the shot. With that said you probably will have a difficult time. here is the current section of the law that I’m aware of (not a lawyer) Best of luck to everyone.

    Each of these has similar language in them
    TITLE 21—FOOD AND DRUGS
    (e) Conditions of authorization
    (1) Unapproved product
    (A) Required conditions
    (ii)
    (II) of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use,
    and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and
    (III) of the option to accept or refuse
    administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing admin-
    istration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are
    available and of their benefits and risks.

    SEC. 564. AUTHORIZATION FOR MEDICAL PRODUCTS FOR USE IN EMERGENCIES.
    Section (e)(1)(A) [ I hope I referenced this correctly]
    (ii) Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that
    individuals to whom the product is administered are
    informed—
    ‘‘(I) that the Secretary has authorized the
    emergency use of the product;
    ‘‘(II) of the significant known and potential
    benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent
    to which such benefits and risks are unknown;
    and

    ‘‘(III) of the option to accept or refuse adminis-
    tration of the product, of the consequences, if any,

    of refusing administration of the product, and of
    the alternatives to the product that are available
    and of their benefits and risks.

  2. I, myself (who works as a nurse practitioner in an adult medicine office) have a diagnosis of MS with a mobility disability and my employee keeps asking me when am I getting the shot. I keep reiterating what I have learned and know about the shot and added that I will wait about the one-year mark.
    My sister also has an autoimmune inflammatory disease: Psoriasis. Her college is now requiring her to place the shot. I’m downloading and using the form with the hope that she will be exempt from getting the shot.
