Introduction
The goal of this Family Financial Form is to ensure that an adverse event or death of one family member does not translate into long-lived or permanent financial destruction for the entire family.
This form was created to assist families to communicate regarding and to prepare for the family-wide financial impact of adverse events, if any, resulting from a Covid-19 injection. Examples of adverse events from Covid-19 injections include Covid-19 infection; anaphylaxis; neurological disorders; autoimmune disorders; other long-term chronic diseases; blindness and deafness; infertility, fetal damage, miscarriage, and stillbirth; and death (see Table 1 for examples of each).
Traditionally, informed consent forms for vaccination do not provide disclosure or statistics related to financial costs of possible injury, disability, or death, nor do they discuss the impact on family time, resources, health, and wealth—impacts that may include reduced career potential, divorce, and effects on siblings’ education and future plans.
Consequently, it is essential that prior to receiving a Covid-19 injection, parents and family members with financial responsibility for children and spouses not only perform thorough due diligence—providing adequate disclosures to their families regarding the potential costs to family members of adverse events or death—but also take steps to protect themselves and family members from the material adverse financial consequences of an adverse event or death.

I just listened to an interview with two scientists about the coming problem for those who have taken the injections. the link is http://but.ly/GeertV
This scientist is from Belgian and is very pro-vaccine; he says this injection works perfectly except it works too well resulting in huge problem for individuals as well as humanity.
I know I am preaching to the choir here but it can be shared.
Thank you Catherine for your response to my request. I have downloaded the family financial disclosure form but what I find is that when I give this to a friend or family member, they go ballistic and tell me I am spreading fear! I feel I am living in some sort of dystopian world. My husband and I are literally all alone with this and now he is considering it as he wants to travel; and he was a bit bothered when I asked him just make sure he has a good life insurance policy! ;-
I have been now telling others of the drug companies that are developing an oral pill to take for 5 or so days if you get symptoms and it treats the ‘virus’ just like when one gets shingles and goes on an anti-viral for 7-10 days; it makes one move through the illness lightly and quickly.
In the meantime, I am beginning to fear that I will be considered a ‘leper’ of sorts and be shunned. Well, I don’t want to be a pity-party so…I will keep on moving on. Thanks again…
A brilliant way to counter the current propaganda and assist families to really think through and assess this most important decision. We are a house divided on the vax. I was just starting to put together information I might need in case of an unfortunate situation of the person getting vaxed. It is a good time to review all of our information again. This form is a great help. I am adding, passwords to everything (like the cell phone), and people who need to be notified at work. I would rather be heavily be prepared and not have a thing happen. Thanks for the time to make this form.
Jon Rapport has made some of the most critical assessments of what 19 is all about, as have you Catherine.. It is not a vaccine. I saw your interview with Whitney @ Unlimited Hangout. One of your best in terms of linear coherency. We need a critical mass of critical thinkers….who act.
If only this was the required material for any vaccine or therapy that is provided to patients. This would raise more than a few eyebrows and cause some questions to be asked. I have a few friends with spouses that are insisting that all family members be vaccinated, so this is very timely. As always, Solari and Co. doing the Lords work…

I will avoid the injection to the greatest degree possible, I have to travel. We have a history of bells palsy in my family, this is insane.
