“It is surely harmful to souls to make it heresy to believe what is proved.”
~ Galileo
By Jennifer Walters, BSN-RN, PHN, MFA
I first came to know of Dr. Chris Exley in 2015 while researching various toxins that might have harmed my son as part of his vaccine injury. Exley wasn’t an “autism researcher” and definitely not an ex-vaxxer like the majority of the vaccine-injured community. He is the world’s top expert in the third most abundant element in the Earth’s crust: aluminum.
In his 2020 book, Imagine You Are an Aluminum Atom: Discussions with Mr. Aluminum, written during the pandemic lockdowns, Dr. Exley suggests we all need to know more about aluminum. Not a typical metal in the same way as mercury or lead, aluminum is particularly dangerous to all life because it is “superabundant” and “super-reactive,” both chemically and biologically, and our bodies have no idea how to handle any encounter with this metal.
In addition to talking about his book, we discuss some of the groundbreaking research findings of Exley and his research team, including the discovery of aluminum as “a” cause (not “the” cause) of familial Alzheimer’s, the dangers of aluminum-rich infant formula to our babies, and how aluminum gathers into lymphocytes in the brain tissue of people with autism. Exley’s open-access 2018 study on “aluminium in brain tissue in autism” has been downloaded a million times—more than any other study in history.
In a sane world, Exley should have received a Nobel Prize for his work. Instead, however, he has been a victim of cancel culture and scientific censorship, losing his university position and funding.
Our discussion wraps up with actions we can take to live safely in what Exley calls the Aluminum Age. “Finding Health in the Aluminum Age” can be like unlocking the fountain of youth for all of us. Simple measures include drinking one liter of silicon-rich water per day—clinically shown to remove aluminum from the body via the urine—as well as choosing safer cosmetics (many deodorants and sunscreens contain aluminum), using aluminum-free cookware, and avoiding foods that contain aluminum.
In Money & Markets this week, John Titus and Catherine will cover the latest events and continue to discuss the financial and geopolitical trends we are tracking in 2022. Post your questions for Ask Catherine or post at the Money & Markets commentary here.
Join me as I chat with Dr. Christopher Exley, PhD, FRSB, about his life’s work studying aluminum. And please explore the links to his book, website, medical blog, and Substack—his science needs to be supported.
Talk to you Thursday!

Hi Jennifer,
This was a very interesting interview! I will look for Dr Exleys book.
I read in one of the comments that you would be interested in interviewing Dr Tom Cowan (I am a huge fan of him). I am a subscriber to his subscribestar page https://www.subscribestar.com/dr-tom-cowan# and he does a zoom occasionally with medical professionals incase you are interested. I also found this for you https://drtomcowan.com/pages/interview-request.
Laura,
I am so sorry for the late response, I took a summer vacay with the family.
I have Dr Tom Cowan on my wish list! I work with so many who have heart issues and I find his outlook on that to be eyeopening and exciting! Plus, I am a member and huge fan of the Weston Price Foundation and his last book with Sally Fallon, The Contagion Myth.
Thank you for the link for interview requests!
Have a wonderful weekend!
Jennifer
Does the silica in Fiji water outweigh the micro plastics from the bottle?
Drew, Wonderful question. I am so sorry this is late, I have been on a summer break with my kids. I think that Acilis is available in glass bottles?… I move mine to glass pitchers as soon as possible since I have access to Fiji. I will ask Dr Exley, Fiji and the rest for a reply to the question.
Thank you!
Have a great weekend!
My thought as well. Especially sitting on loading docks in the sun.
CELLFOOD is a trusted brand and I am looking forward to Jennifer reaching out to
Dr. Exley for input and his findings.
I will share this information and refer them to Dr. Exley’s site to others. I research and share with the Wellness community in a variety of platforms.
Silica 25 mg per serving size.
Thank you in advance for your research and response.
http://www.luminahealth.com is the source. I have been using Cellfood for years and it is found only in high end health conscious suppliers.
Heather,
I know many that use Cellfood and it helps them with their health, it is a great product. I do know that Dr Exley has research on every type of silicon-rich supplement out there and nothing works like the mineral water.
He wrote about this on his Substack and on his website. I will refer you to him on this one.
Feel free to join his Substack and ask away!

Have a great weekend! Jennifer
That is what I have been wondering about Acilis.
Jennifer,
How do I get a hold of you? I’d like to either speak with you or send you a private message.
Don’t worry – you’re NOT in trouble.
Elizabeth,
So sorry for the late reply, I have been on summer break with the kids.
I am on Solari Connect. I haven’t been on lately due to the summer break but I will be more active on there this week.
Thank you for the comment! I am glad I am not in trouble.
Jennifer
There is a product called Cell Food that I use regularly.
Their brand for Silica is
CELLFOOD Esential Silica Formula
Please Advise.
Excellent interview by the way! Jennifer is well informed and engaging on this topic as she and other families from vaccine injured children have logged in hundreds, if not thousands of hours of research on the topic as advocates for their children. I found Jennifers interaction, additional information engaging and refreshing. An interview is one plus one discussion with valued interaction flowing both ways.
I have noticed a few input writings that in my personal opinion, should be removed as they are not of any value whatsoever to this informative discussion. If the comment was on paper, I would have used it to start a fire to keep the mosquitos away in the yard. If one wants, they can certainly find stuffy Barbara Walters interviews in the archives somewhere else on the internet of things. We are ALL paying subscribers and my vote is to remove childish back and forth banter that quite frankly, cheapens this platform to even acknowledge the insult.
EXCELLENT JOB!
Heather,
So sorry for the late reply, I have been on a tech break for the summer with my kids and hubby.
I haven’t gotten to read all of the replies due to my summer vacation and now I am a little afraid to look… lol
Thank you for the support!
Yes, I am not a professional interviewer, but I have been working day and night for the past 15 plus years to recover my son from the hell that is vaccine injury. Along the way I have worked with thousands of parents and others that have used my advice to find their own way to health. I also work as a volunteer RN to help decipher what doctors have said, look into further treatments and how to ask health providers for help and basically how to survive in and out of the health care system.
There are so many interviews out there with Dr Exley that go over each page of his book. I wanted to have a conversation of what I thought was interesting and what worked for our family in his book. I am sure I will improve in my interviews as I go along, but again, I am just normal person, a nurse, a mom and a motor mouth. ; )
I do love my Solari family very much and am grateful for the opportunity to get to share the health care topics I have found that hopefully will help us through this healthcare nightmare and into real health.
Thank you! -Jennifer

My Mama, God rest her soul, told me, “You can’t please everyone all of the time so just do what you think is right ALL of the time. It’s none of your business what others think about you”.
40 years of research is worth reading his book for knowledge and sharing information. His life’s work must be compensated. Buy the book and refer others for his innumerable findings which would never be encapsulated in an hour interview.
Jennifer provided additional information for the viewers and Dr. Exley with her son’s visible improvement. I am sure he appreciated hearing this. Her sage advice for all humans affected by the detrimental sequelae is valuable to the Solari Family.
When you read his book, consider tearing out a few pages to chew on for added information and detraction from spewing insults.
Thank you Jennifer for this engaging interview and Dr. Exley for your lifelong research and passion.

I just bought some Stevia made by Sweet Leaf, and in addition to stevia it contains silica….will this be helpful for eliminating aluminum like Fiji water?
Mary,
I apologize for the late reply!
Although I love Stevia and use it in my tea and coffee for a bit of yummy, the silica in it is not the same as the ingredient in Silicon-Rich Mineral water.
Dr Exley explains it in his book and in several articles on his site and substack.
Basically, the only think he has proven in his several decades of research that seems to remove aluminum from our body burden is Silicon Rich Mineral Water. My family and I drink 1 Liter a day of Fiji water that I order online to be delivered from the company’s website or I pick up at a local grocery store.
Enjoy the sweet leaf as a treat in your recipes, but not as an aluminum remover.
Have a great weekend!

Great interview, thank you Dr. Exley and Mrs. Walters! Any thoughts on combining the silicon-rich mineral water protocol with the the protocol detailed in Dr. Gwen Scott’s 2011 interview with Catherine, particularly regarding diatomaceous earth (e.g., approximately one tablespoon per day of diatomaceous earth in distilled water on an empty stomach), as discussed here: https://library.solari.com/dr-gwen-scott-aerosol-spraying-mitigating-the-harm-to-your-health/ ? Regards, John
John, Thanks for the question! Sorry for my late reply, I took a computer free summer vacation with my husband and kids. But, better late than never!
I have used Dr Exley’s recommendation of 1Liter of Silicon-Rich mineral water per day while using all sorts of other health boosting treatments. I haven’t taken DE internally, but I do use it in teeth treatments, foot baths and the like. I can’t see how adding silicon-rich water to your everyday regimen would be an issue.
According to Dr Exley and his 30yrs of research on Aluminum and how to remove it from our body, silicon-rich mineral water is the only proven way to do so.
You can follow Dr Exley on Substack and ask him yourself. He goes into great detail in his book as well.

Good introduction to an honest scientist. I read his book and ordered 6 more for friends and family. Dr. Exley’s research which shows that Alzheimer’s is always associated with the presence of aluminum in the brains of autopsied patients is blockbuster information that is unfortunately being suppressed by the Aluminum Industry. The “disease maintenance system” and the majority of the scientific community (which is perhaps bought off by the Aluminum Industry) would like to blame Alzheimer’s solely on amyloid plaque which can also be present in Alzheimer’s autopsied brains. However, what is the explanation for how plaque can be the absolute causative agent when some people with large amounts of plaque never develop any Alzheimer’s symptoms while every Alzheimer patient’s autopsied brain always showed high levels of aluminum? Suppressing this fact is a crime against humanity. How many people might change their lifestyle specifically choosing to avoid products containing aluminum if they knew it could help them to avoid Alzheimer’s disease? Dr. Exley’s recommendation that the distribution of all vaccines which contain aluminum adjuvants, which amounts to 80% of them, should be halted immediately due to research which clearly shows aluminum is extremely toxic to the human body, especially the brain, should be heeded by every pediatrician. Even if vaccine injury does not exist in your friends and family, the possibility of developing Alzheimer’s disease should send us all to the grocery to buy silicon-rich mineral water as a preventative strategy. Since Dr. Exley has found aluminum to be present in air, water, soil, food, medicines, most vaccines, cooking equipment, antiperspirants, and even baby formula, we all end up with some level of aluminum poisoning from every day living. Dr. Exley’s studies have proven that this and only this type of water has the ability to bind to aluminum in the body and take it out through the kidneys. Even though silicon-rich mineral water is expensive, it seems a simple and effective way to reduce at least some of the poisons we accumulate in our bodies. Read his book. Drink the water. God bless people like Christopher for devoting his life to researching this ubiquitous toxin and Jennifer for spreading the word.
