“It is surely harmful to souls to make it heresy to believe what is proved.”

~ Galileo

By Jennifer Walters, BSN-RN, PHN, MFA

I first came to know of Dr. Chris Exley in 2015 while researching various toxins that might have harmed my son as part of his vaccine injury. Exley wasn’t an “autism researcher” and definitely not an ex-vaxxer like the majority of the vaccine-injured community. He is the world’s top expert in the third most abundant element in the Earth’s crust: aluminum.

In his 2020 book, Imagine You Are an Aluminum Atom: Discussions with Mr. Aluminum, written during the pandemic lockdowns, Dr. Exley suggests we all need to know more about aluminum. Not a typical metal in the same way as mercury or lead, aluminum is particularly dangerous to all life because it is “superabundant” and “super-reactive,” both chemically and biologically, and our bodies have no idea how to handle any encounter with this metal.

In addition to talking about his book, we discuss some of the groundbreaking research findings of Exley and his research team, including the discovery of aluminum as “a” cause (not “the” cause) of familial Alzheimer’s, the dangers of aluminum-rich infant formula to our babies, and how aluminum gathers into lymphocytes in the brain tissue of people with autism. Exley’s open-access 2018 study on “aluminium in brain tissue in autism” has been downloaded a million times—more than any other study in history.

In a sane world, Exley should have received a Nobel Prize for his work. Instead, however, he has been a victim of cancel culture and scientific censorship, losing his university position and funding.

Our discussion wraps up with actions we can take to live safely in what Exley calls the Aluminum Age. “Finding Health in the Aluminum Age” can be like unlocking the fountain of youth for all of us. Simple measures include drinking one liter of silicon-rich water per day—clinically shown to remove aluminum from the body via the urine—as well as choosing safer cosmetics (many deodorants and sunscreens contain aluminum), using aluminum-free cookware, and avoiding foods that contain aluminum.

In Money & Markets this week, John Titus and Catherine will cover the latest events and continue to discuss the financial and geopolitical trends we are tracking in 2022. Post your questions for Ask Catherine or post at the Money & Markets commentary here.

Join me as I chat with Dr. Christopher Exley, PhD, FRSB, about his life’s work studying aluminum. And please explore the links to his book, website, medical blog, and Substack—his science needs to be supported.

Talk to you Thursday!

  1. It is hard for him to say the truth, when the interviewer won’t shut up and let him speak. I came to listen to him talk about Aluminium, not have you ask a good question and then rabbit on on how you handle doctors for goodness knows how long and never actually get an answer to your original question. The art of being an interviewer is to ask questions and then stop talking.

If you read the comments, you will see that Jennifer agrees with your point and has said several times that she will make sure this will not happen again. I am sorry you felt irritated. However, I appreciate constructive criticism at Solari. We are trying to help each other be better. I also appreciate truthful feedback, so thank you for taking the time to let Jennifer know.

      1. Zoe, thank you for taking the time to listen to my interview. It was my privilege to be the first interviewee in the health series hosted by Jennifer. I enjoyed the interview and I appreciated Jennifer’s enthusiasm. I concur with Catherine’s reply and while future interviews may be different I do hope that Jennifer does not compromise her informal and friendly approach.

    2. Zoe,
I am so sorry I am getting back to you so late, I was on a summer break with my kids. I am also very sorry that I was annoying! To be fair, this was my first interview and my excitement and nerves were hard to control. I am working on shutting up more. I have signed up for a workshop for online interviewing with an awesome casting director out here in Los Angeles. It doesn’t start for a bit but hopefully with time and more training I will get better at this. Please pray for me that I can get better at this wonderful opportunity I was given.
Dr Exley is a delight and his knowledge is amazing. Check out his Substack, his book and all the other interviews out there as well on his website.

  2. Thank you Jennifer for a great interview with Dr. Exley! It was so informative! Thank you Dr. Exley for all your research and giving us hope! Looking forward to your next interview with Solari, and purchasing your book. Blessings..

    1. Sheila, Thank you so much! Enjoy the book! Have a great week. -Jennifer

  3. This covered a lot of bases. It revealed the author’s personality by his adaptability to non traditional interview. Jennifer brought items out, that were not touched by Dr. Exley. Thank you for the focus on this topic. Great start. Thank you Dr. Exley.

  4. Jennifer,

Thank you for this interview with Dr. Exley. I bought his book and plan on sharing with the rest of my family.

I am taking NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) for some toxin removal focused on the spike protein (via shedding).

Keep us posted on funding efforts to continue his research.

I am interested in the treatment with clay. My daughter married into a Native American family and it is a standard medicine cabinet item.

Congratulation on your first interview and I look forward to many more!!!

    Melissa

    1. Melissa,
Clay is high on my list for research. I use bentonite clay in my homemade tooth powder plus it makes a wonderful foot soak! Using what nature put in place to heal and protect us is such a miracle! Thank you for the comment. Have a great week! -Jennifer

  5. I read Dr. Exley’s book and article vis-a-vis sources of Aluminum toxicity to include vaccines, deodorants, etc. but no mention anywhere, not even a whisper about Chemtrails. WHY ???? Makes no sense to me !!!

    Allen Duplantis MD

    1. Dr. Duplantis,

Thank you for taking the time to comment! I completely agree that chemtrails and other sources of aluminum in our air is a very scary and important factor in body burden of this metal.

Dr Exley talks about Chemtrails and other aluminum-rich PM’s in a section labeled “The Air We Breathe” on pages 44-45 in Chapter 8.
He states on page 44, “The air that we breathe is largely unavoidable exposure to aluminum.” He points out that exposure from the air is “implicated in all manner of human disease, from respiratory disorders to neurological disease such as Alzheimer’s disease.”
He also mentions the SPICE project (Stratospheric Particle Injection from Climate Engineering) that was created to “investigate the feasibility of using aerosols in climate change mitigation.” He went onto say, “All information specific to this project has disappeared from the EPSRC(Engineering & Physical Sciences Research Council) website, and just one document from 2011, remains and NERC (Natural Environment Research Council) website.

      Thank you for the comment.

  6. Jennifer,
Thanks for the interview with Dr. Exley. I wish, however, that you had let him speak more. While your passion and reflections are much appreciated, he was the focus and the reason why I had made a point of listening. BTW, I’ve ordered his book.

    1. John,
Thank you for the comment, I will do my best next time. I am so glad you ordered his book!
      Have a wonderful week,
      Jennifer

      1. Thank you Jennifer for your authenticity and intencity. This interview was fascinating. Nevertheless, I would have liked to hear more about the precious knowledge he gattered during his 40 years career, having Dr Exley speaks longer time with no interference. I will be getting his book and I will also try to find a way to drink silicon water without having to throw/recycle away a 1L bottle of plastic/day. That will be a challenge. Thank you to Dr Exley for searching and speaking the truth for all these years.

  7. I take zeolite to remove heavy metals. Would this be useful to remove aluminum?

    1. Judith,
I have the Zeolite spray as well and love it. After reading Dr Exley’s book and following his studies for years, I do not believe it removes aluminum but it does detox other bad stuff.

Aluminum is like no other metal or toxin in our body. His book illustrates this perfectly.
His Substack has a wonderful post about Silicon Rich mineral water… https://drchristopherexley.substack.com/p/silicon-rich-natural-waters?utm_source=%2Fprofile%2F75069001-dr-christopher-exley&utm_medium=reader2&s=r

He wraps up that post perfectly: “Silicon-rich mineral waters are notable exceptions and published science suggests that they are natural therapies to counter human exposure to aluminium. Silicic acid is Nature’s way of keeping aluminium out of living things. Some might say a gift from God. I drink one every day. I am both a follower of science and a believer.”

      Have a great weekend,
      Jennifer

      1. Thanks Jennifer. I ordered his book, and am off to the store to buy some cases of Fiji water. This has been enlightening, and I’m sharing the information with others.

    2. Be(a)ware that zeolite is an aluminosilicate, with emphasis on aluminum. On top of highly toxic aluminum, zeolite also contains a bevy of other highly toxic heavy metals. I had the zeolite prescribed by a renown alt-med Dr tested for heavy metals in a forensic laboratory and was shocked by the results. The lab found aluminum, arsenic, cobalt, lead, mercury, nickel, palladium, tin, and zirconium! Far from de-toxing, Zeolite increases the body’s overall burden of toxic heavy metals. Take it at your peril.

      1. Ira, Thank you for the information! Yikes! Thankfully I don’t use the spray often but when I did I used it topically on some foot issues. The information I had on it didn’t include aluminum but I will do more research. My detox program has always been focused on low-dose chelation that I will talk about in another interview. I am cautious about any ‘detox’ products, but the zeolite spray helped clear my foot rash quickly, I am glad I didn’t make it a habit. Thank you for the comment. -Jennifer
