“[I]n criminal prosecution cases, government prosecutors sooner or later must disclose evidence, or else drop the charges…. So prosecutors have to weigh the benefits of disclosing the evidence they believe is incriminating for the defendants, against the risks of being forced [through discovery] to disclose evidence that tends to incriminate themselves….”

Health freedom fighters are understandably jubilant at Attorney General Pam Bondi’s July 12 decision to dismiss the Department of Justice’s criminal case against Utah surgeon Kirk Moore. The DOJ filed charges against Moore in 2023 for allegedly destroying government-provided Covid shots, distributing over 1900 vaccination cards to unvaccinated patients, and administering saline shots in lieu of Covid shots to some of his patients’ children. Putting Moore’s actions in ethical perspective, Sasha Latypova observes that he “did the right thing when most doctors simply shut up and followed the orders. He stood by his patients and Hippocratic oath.”
Formally, the DOJ’s threefold charges, which threatened to send Moore—a single parent and former U.S. Navy flight surgeon—to prison for 35 years, alleged conspiracy to defraud the United States and the CDC; conspiracy to convert, sell, convey, and dispose of government property; and aiding and abetting. However, as Katherine Watt explained in an August 2023 analysis of Moore’s case, DOJ faced a somewhat “tricky” challenge because the shots, from a regulatory and legal standpoint, were not vaccines but rather “prohibited biological and chemical weapons, manufactured and adulterated with a wide variety of known and unknown ingredients.” As such, they were and are “exempt from, and therefore non-compliant with, all pharmaceutical regulation.” Watt added,
“Cases like Moore’s, in which defendants flip the apparent but illusory strength of the DOJ position back on the government, by demanding production of evidence that simply doesn’t exist, help expose the foundational fraud.”
HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. voiced support for Moore in April, posting that Moore “deserves a medal for his courage and his commitment to healing!” However, this has not prevented RFK or HHS from continuing to promote the lethal mRNA injections that Moore went to such lengths to help his patients and their children avoid.
In her announcement of the dropped charges, Bondi stated, “Dr. Moore gave his patients a choice when the federal government refused to do so” and “did not deserve the years in prison he was facing.” An unanswered question is whether the current Epstein brouhaha compelled Bondi to throw freedom fighters a bone—but at any rate, we are delighted at the outcome for Moore and his children, patients, and supporters.
