I think this bears taking notice for teachers currently, or formerly in California. It’s not saying they WILL borrow it all, but still, this is not a healthy sign.
the country’s second-largest pension fund, may borrow more than $30 billion to help it maintain liquidity without having to sell assets at fire-sale prices,

Once again, I am reminded of how we got here
Here is the head of CALPERS in 1997 to me:
The response from the pension fund investors was quite positive until the President of the CalPers pension fund — the largest in the country — said, “You don’t understand. It’s too late. They have given up on the country. They are moving all the money out in the fall (of 1997).

Right now, California is projected to have a budget deficit in 2024 of 68 billion. Concurrently, as of the start of 2024 it is is officially offering free health care to 700,000 “low income” undocumented (i.e. illegal) immigrants. And that will include access to free sex changes.

Here’s some speculation. the insane policies have already driven a swath of high income taxpayers from California. Gavin Nuisance would never win in a national election. Perhaps he’s just being used up to wreck California and drive all the people who would stand up, out. Clear it out. The mind control (in the cities) seems to be–the policies are insane, but the real threat is Trump. And only that second part mobilizes so many.
FWIW, I might add some some background–Immigration of the wealthy and connected already, directly or indirectly caused, totally upended the central centers of California in the last decades, with the tech bubble and silicon valley. Pumped by the military/industrial/information complex which brought a whole other influx from around the US, esp. the East Coast. San Francisco use to be a small quaint and mostly middle-class city (“Baghdad by the Bay”, referring to a forgotten time), as was the Bay Area, and much more grounded in general. The cops went to local high school in the city, and understood it. In general, you tended to get along a little better ordering Jameson’s compared to Bushmills. Even the governors were often fiscal conservative Republicans. The bubble and influx completely blew that apart, at least in the cities. This–an unassimilable deluge of people of any sorts outside a community–could happen anywhere.
Very dark where California is going.

Another hero of the week
Bret Weinstein
Watch the Goliath segment 4 minutes
Push back, people !
That was intense. Thanks for the link.

And https://sagehana.substack.com/p/bret-weinstein-tells-the-whole-truth
In the comments section on one of the sagehana substack links, a commenter provided a youtube link in which Polly Tommey was interviewing a couple who had triplets some years before who were vaccine injured. “The McDowell Triplets in Michigan”, I thought you would want to know about it if by chance you hadn’t seen it.

Yes, have posted and recommended that one on numerous occasions.
I certainly think that the expression “NOT A HERO” is indeed an elegant description of the situation

Denis agrees valuable presentation and has some good points/

And thank you for that link!
Point #6 of those 7 points Denis Rancourt made on twitter: “ – the false idea that there may actually have been a new deadly pathogen that spread, and that pandemics caused by new pathogens actually in themselves threaten societies”
Two interviews apropos he had with Ryan Cristian a while back: https://www.thelastamericanvagabond.com/denis-rancourt-interview-how-deep-dive-analysis-covid-data-reveals-pandemic-did-not-occur/ https://www.thelastamericanvagabond.com/denis-rancourt-interview-data-proves-covid-19-actually-illusion/
A subscriber sent me a comment about the Weinstein interview. I have their permission to post:
I have never been able to get past an EVOLUTIONARY biologist proclaiming he believes vaccines are elegant.
Perhaps a week on the bus with the magnificent Polly Tommey or a few days volunteering at the many special needs centers would help clarify this.
Not a hero…
This crime is heartbreaking.
Catherine,
You might like this conversation with Ron Paul and Gerald Celente – https://rumble.com/v468bpu-world-war-iii-or-financial-meltdown-both-special-guest-gerald-celente-previ.html
So many Ron Paul supporters are Trump fanatics: It just baffles me.
Looking forward to seeing you in Alabama. Some people at the Misus institute oppose a state bank, I would love to hear a conversation between you guys on the why you want it and they don’t.
If it wasn’t for that, it would be nice if they helped with the even.
Would love to discuss with them.
It did seem an odd observation of Weinstein’s when he used the word “elegant” and said he’d “been an enthusiast about vaccines”. But there was so much other information I didn’t think give it much thought at the time. I’m glad you were able to publish the subscriber’s comment.
The reason they chose to sue is that Tennessee citizens likely underperformed due to those policies violating a fiduciary standard. Every fund managed by a fiduciary is going to be sued.
They have to tell you what they plan to do before they do it … Previews of coming attractions:

Amanpour & Co.
Towards the end, Walter Isaacson asks Robert Pape (Chicago Project of Security & Threats), “What do you think is radicalizing people?”
I suggest watching TELEFON 1977 (I believe on CAF’s film list) where youth are mind-controlled and later in life “triggered” to become suicide bombers who then forfeit their lives as a result.
Similar to the behavior of school shooters, as well as spouses of either sex who, although devoted to their families, take their lives for no apparent reason before taking their own lives.
Yes, very useful movie to watch.
Why is Tennessee suing Blackrock instead of just withdrawing $$$ — possibly because Blackrock intends to win and set precedent in law for future actions.
Book recommendation: HERMAPHRODITES AND THE MEDICIAL INVENTION OF SEX by Alice Domurat Dreger 1998 (Harvard) with never before seen illustrations. Short, fascinating read.
“We tend to assume that the normal existed before we encountered the abnormal….we find ourselves struggling to articulate what ‘normal’ is.” (p.6)
“The body of [the] book forms a history of the biomedical treatment of human hermaphrodites in France and Britain in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.” (p.10)
“This is, then, a story about more than hermaphrodites and doctors….It is as well a story about a struggle over who would decide what anatomy and identity…should mean to each other.” (p.10-11) “Today…especially in the United States, physicians possess the vast share of the say of what a person’s sex is and/or will be.” (p.13)
“…I think of it as an exploration of what it means to have a body and a being in this day and age.” (p.14)
