  1. Best book I have read in a long time. Recommended by Dr. Jack Kruse.

“Health and Light, The Effects of Natural and Artificial Light on Man and Other Living Things” John N. Ott. 1976

Out of print but well worth the $129.00 I paid for it. In 1976 the book sold for $1.95. This book should be reissued.

      1. Thanks. Read the first few pages. I never knew who had first developed time-lapse photography. I remember watching “The Wonderful World of Disney” on Sunday nights as a kid around 1966, and they showed flowers opening up. I watched in fascination. Color TVs were just starting, but we had a black & white TV. Sometimes we’d go to my uncle’s house to watch it, which was even more vivid and fascinating in color.

        1. The story of time lapse photography is really interesting. Some of his films took years to create.
John Ott was an amazing man. Ignored and suppressed by “science and medicine”.

        1. you can download it for free on zlib. Have to set up tor browser but it’s easy.

      1. The author wrote this book at a time when it was theorized that viruses were causing the cancer epidemic. I found this interesting because he did not argue with the theory but I question one fact:
Cancer in the US was a non issue until the early 1900’s. Were there no viruses prior to 1900? What environmental changes were afoot in the early 1900’s? electrification, chemical poisonings, radio and radar, etc.
The color TV story is just awful with children being x-rayed as they watch tv but the government and industry refusing to do anything about the safety issues. (until GE had no choice and recalled 154k sets for giving off excessive radiation in 1967) Sound familiar?
I was a kid in 1968 and never heard of a Congressional hearing where they passed the Radiation Control Act. But alas, as Ralph Nader said: “the forces of industry and bureaucracy have prevailed”. The standards for radiation were not lowered. The scientists wanted .01 milliroentgen limit but the committee set the standard at .05 milliroentgen.
The author could not gain funding but kept curing cancer with UV light. Imagine that!
Some of the basic medical research was so poorly done on mice kept in basements with no natural light on poor diets, etc.
A lot of good advice for us regarding light especially our health needs of UV light and of course all full spectrum natural light.

        1. Wonder if they needed the high radiation to get the mind control to go or it was just profits.

          1. Could be both.

The radiation was an offshoot of the picture being a certain brightness. The more the picture was brightened the more radiation it produced. Some of the parents who were told to stop their children from watching could not deal with the children’s demands to watch and so they gave in and let them return to watching more tv. Certainly sounds addictive to a certain segment of the population of children.

Also, most that I can remember watched the tv in a darkened room. So, like a bunch of insects all eyes were glued to the screen.

          2. We were early adopters of color tv because my dad worked for RCA. I remember we were told not to sit too close to the set because it would hurt our eyes.
“parents… could not deal with the children’s demands…” Absolutely pathetic. The most important word for child development and parental sanity is… wait for it… NO. I got rid of the tv just before our older child was born and have never looked back. No amount of whining EVER changed NO to yes in our house. About anything.

  2. So after Hurrican Hilary reminds everyone that a long-forgtotten politician named Hillary Clinton once existed, and disassociates the name from a failed presidential bid, is a Biden Clinton or Clinton Harris ticket in the cards? I must say there certainly is a sense of humor about all this.

  3. Catherine – I see where you were on Coast to Coast AM last night (Aug 21-22 U.S. time). Me being in Central Time Zone, this starts at midnight and repeats 1st hr at 4 a.m. on my local radio station. This is way past my bedtime due to my work schedule. Will you be able to post your 2 hr discussion with George Noory (minus the commercials)? Some guests are able to post a link to their discussions on their websites, such as Richard C Hoagland’s talk on June 28th, but others are not. I’m not sure of the copywright status or financial obligations that go with this. I used to have a subscription to their website but gave it up in favor of Solari.

    1. I did not ask them to post. Lots and lots of commercials. Will ask them next time if Richard is doing. Believe you have heard it all here!

      1. Good.  I was hoping it was such.  For future reference, on Richard’s website the post of his 2 hour discussion and listener call-ins was only 1 hr 10 min, sans most commercials and local station news and bumper music.

  4. “… Austin, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, New York City, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and Seattle …” … have an ambitious target that by the year 2030 that each person will consume 0 kg of meat, 0 kg of dairy, purchase 3 new clothing items per person per year, own 0 private vehicles, and take only 1 short-haul return flight (less than 1500 km) every 3 years.

“… Major funders and partners of the organization include George Soros’s Open Society Foundations, the Clinton Foundation, and The World Bank. …”

    1. The Open Socirty headquarters are in NYC. Did anyone cover them during the BLM rioters, etc.? Clinton’s live in Harlem.

  5. From transcript:

GOV. GREEN: More than 1000 are unaccounted for, about 1050. It will take several weeks, still, some of the challenges are going to be extraordinary. As you reported, 85% of the- of the land of the impact zone has been covered now by what amounts to an army of search and rescue teams and 41 dogs. So 85% of the land has been covered. Now we go into the larger buildings, which require peeling back some of the floors and structures. That last 15% could take weeks. We do have extreme concerns that because of the temperature of the fire, the remains of those who have died, in some cases, may be impossible to recover meaningfully. So there are going to be people that are lost forever. And right now we’re working obviously with the FBI and everyone on the ground to make sure that we do what we can to assess who’s missing.

    1. Where there was once silence. There is much quiet chatter about these strange fires in Maui.
      Nobody is rationalizing this one.
