Pale Male, the magnificent, approx. 30 year old red tail hawk and “Ambassador of New York” passed last week after single handedly reuniting Manhattan with nature resulting in the bird population returning to Central Park. He picked 927 Fifth Avenue as his home for his family to the great dismay of the human vultures residing there. His nest was removed. The rich, famous and people then united to protest resulting in the board rebuilding the nesting area. A bird single handedly stood up to the wealthiest citizens in the richest city in the world! Nature and man was then reunited and better for it. His last mate, Octavia still resides there (Lincoln Karim, utube channel).
    An award winning documentary, “The Legend of Pale Male”, 2009, I would nominate as a movie of the week. Watch the trailer here to bring a smile on your face. Pale Male awakened the hearts of the most cynical people in the world and brought pure joy reconnecting them to infinite intelligence and themselves for the greater good. I believe Pale Male was a divine messenger who elevated humanity–if he, a hawk, could take a stand, we could too. Thank you all for allowing me to share his inspirational story.

    “Debi Evans’ is spot on in her reports on the MHRA panicking about not enough people signing up for clinical trials.

    This article also contains a very revealing quote from Jeremy Hunt: “It’s a very important part of the offer to life science companies that they don’t just do their R&D here, but they’re able to trial their drugs on human beings,” Hunt said. “The data you get from that is the most valuable of all.”

    Does anyone else feel they’re viewed as nothing more than a lab rat? ???

    This appears to be in part about destroying trust in the medical profession, but is this also the beginning of a roar from the Ordinary Men?

    Further, would be worth considering adding “Know your doctor” to Solai’s much loved mantra?
