Money & Markets

Long term pain

John Titus and Catherine Austin Fitts review an “unprecedented” week with 12 videos, arguing that the Iran war is rapidly destabilizing energy and supply chains as the Strait of Hormuz disruption drives oil higher, threatens LNG production (Qatar force majeure), and spikes fertilizer costs for U.S. farmers. They discuss Iran striking U.S. bases and communications, a cost-and-time imbalance in air defenses, and warnings that the conflict could break Western economies and markets. Domestically, they cover private credit fund withdrawal gates at BlackRock and others, concerns over pension marks, and claims that DHS/ICE actions target dissent, including reports that many accused “attackers” are U.S. citizens with no convictions. They also discuss European vulnerability to gas, shifting Russia sanctions, Israeli intelligence ties in U.S. tech, proposed local ICE partnerships, and Solari updates on local politics, programmable money, scams, impersonation alerts, and resilience actions like gardening.

  1. This is more CAF’s lane of expertise, but I think for westeners putting it succint “our goose is cooked”! Western hemisphere run by egomaniacal micro braines.

The war between Israel and Iran is rapidly escalating — and the consequences for the global economy could be enormous.

  2. Trish Wood reported:

Israeli Support for Military Actions in Gaza: A March-April 2024 Pew Research survey found that roughly 39% of Israelis believed the military response was “about right,” while 34% felt it had “not gone far enough”. Combining these, a strong majority of nearly 73% felt the bombing was appropriate or insufficient, while only 19% believed it had gone too far. Keep those numbers in mind when you think about theses ones. 83% of those killed in Gaza were civilians — the vast majority of them, women and children.

    1. Unanswered Question for me is what the population would have believed if they had not ingested massive nanoparticles from spray and shots along with massive propaganda and neurowarfare. The genocide has been of both the Israeli and Palestinian population.

      1. But we’re the Isrealis given the same vaccines or just saline as many shots seemed to be just saline.

I have been surprised by how many people I know who got all the update shots and still are functional. Although a lot said they stopped having the side effects.

        1. Certainly not as their birth rate has actually increased to be the top of the OECD. Master race needs greater population to help them rule the world.

        2. Don’t know. Good question. I have watched several presentations/one documentary on adverse events in Israel, so perhaps a quota system.

          1. I wonder how many of the events were with Ashkenazi opposed to the other ethnic jews in Isreal. I know from Eastern European friends that went to Isreal and then left (because they were treated so horribly) that not all Jews are treated the same.

This video has a bit of the Hierarchy in Isreal. The creator is a big critic so I am not sure how correct everything is but it has a ring of truth (especially with the odd eugenics stuff coming out of the Epstein files)

Certainly now, the prevention of people leaving doesn’t bode well for anyone being treated well by the leaders. Seems like a racism just breeds even more racism. The means are almost always the ends.

  3. ‘A combat-unit commander told non-commissioned officers at a briefing Monday that the Iran war is part of God’s plan and that Pres. Donald Trump was “anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire in Iran to cause Armageddon and mark his return to Earth,” according to a complaint by a non-commissioned officer.’

    1. These fanatical Christian groups have been part of the US military for decades. It is not listened to much outside of the the groups of fanatics. One of my units was ordered by a Chaplin officer to attend his church services. No one went and there was nothing he could do because the order was illegal.

Honestly, there is now grounds for most military personnel to not report in for Iran as the war is illegal. The military usually has a different opinion of these things and unlike the example above there are consequences for disobedience for this – like with Covid.

There is a massive call up going on. Although I wonder if a lot of those people are actually getting sent to Cuba.

      1. I don’t see how you call up and put boots on the ground unless Congress has authorized.

        1. After Covid, it seems we are living in a time of pseudo law. There was no law to make someone take the vaccine, yet companies, school etc. all mandated it referring to FDA guidance. Everything else, during 2020, shutting down businesses, masking, staying at home, demanding covid papers. Nothing was law.

Frankly one of the reasons I left the military (one of many) was that I was ordered to some minor disciplinary action and no one could tell me why or cite a rule I broken. After continuing to ask, I finally got a reply that there was some rule in a file cabinet somewhere that an officer had found, and I had broken that rule. That was my actual explanation. But everyone was also willing to tell me to report even without any explanation, and then the last person gave me that BS reason.

Everything they have been doing with ICE is illegal. The military is full of this. You are a slave once you are in. The military does not need to honor any promises or contracts once you are in. It is the whole basis of the book Catch 22.

  4. This is a good interview in Aus about the impact of Deisel shortages. It is not just a few more bucks to fill up your car, it is no food to the feed lots (watch out Chipotle), no gas in the farmer’s engine, and slower equipment deliveries (and more expensive) everywhere.

In the USA, where many truckers are private, this could also mean that their business suffers as they can not make money if their fuel costs eat at their profits.
