In 2023, seven people injured by the Covid shots (one since deceased) filed a lawsuit in the Netherlands alleging that the Covid injections were bioweapons. The lawsuit named a total of 17 defendants, including Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, former Dutch prime minister (and current NATO Secretary) Mark Rutte, nine other Dutch government officials, two Dutch journalists, an NGO executive, a Dutch medical scientist, and the State of the Netherlands.

In 2025, three plaintiffs filed a second case presenting similar allegations and naming the same defendants. An appellate hearing took place on March 9 for the second case, and we invite you to watch the video (dubbed in English).
