In 2023, seven people injured by the Covid shots (one since deceased) filed a lawsuit in the Netherlands alleging that the Covid injections were bioweapons. The lawsuit named a total of 17 defendants, including Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, former Dutch prime minister (and current NATO Secretary) Mark Rutte, nine other Dutch government officials, two Dutch journalists, an NGO executive, a Dutch medical scientist, and the State of the Netherlands.
In 2025, three plaintiffs filed a second case presenting similar allegations and naming the same defendants. An appellate hearing took place on March 9 for the second case, and we invite you to watch the video (dubbed in English).
Catherine is one of five expert witnesses (along with Katherine Watt, Sasha Latypova, Dr. Mike Yeadon, and Dr. Joseph Sansone) who have provided written statements. Latypova and Sansone attended the March 9 hearing.
