The difficulty is for the TV generations to relearn to take responsibility for their own well being. I have a local farmer I get my chicken and eggs from that mentored at Polyface farm. Just to see his set up and how it works gives me such incredible feelings when I purchase my foods! This year he will be adding turkeys to his brood….YUM
I´ve been reading Salatin a lot lately, I´m thinking about giving pastured poultry a go here in Argentina, where the laws aren´t so repressive.
