“There has been a revolution in how we perceive the body. What appears to be an object, a three-dimensional anatomical structure, is actually a process, a constant flow of energy and information.”
~ Deepak Chopra
By Catherine Austin Fitts
Dr. Tom Cowan has spent a lifetime trying to understand the human mind and body and teach people how to be healthy. He is well known for his excellent books on heart health and the role of water in our bodies.
Tom joined me on the Solari Report in June 2020 to discuss the fallacies of germ theory. As a founding board member and supporter of the Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF), Tom co-authored The Contagion Myth with WAPF founder and president Sally Fallon Morell, who also joined us on the Solari Report at the time of the book’s publication in September 2020.
The topics addressed by Tom and Sally are important, as our history is filled with one virus fraud after another—frauds used to justify or cover up all manner of poisonings and financial frauds. As I see it, virus frauds are, among other reasons, stealth tools that central bankers use to engineer deflation and centralize ownership of assets without having to raise interest rates so high that they inspire mobs with pitchforks to come after them. They also raise important questions on the mysterious ingredients in pharmaceuticals and what they have to do with transhumanism and the smart grid.
When I was in Knoxville at the excellent Weston A. Price Foundation conference last fall, Tom’s wonderful son Asher, who runs their Dr. Cowan’s Garden business, engaged with me in open discussion at our Solari gathering about whether viruses exist and whether settling that debate is a good use of our time and resources.
When I first investigated the issue, I listened to Tom and Jon Rappoport argue that viruses don’t exist. I also listened to numerous doctors and scientists for whom I have the greatest respect argue that they do. At the time, I concluded two things—first, that to study and get to the bottom of the debate sufficient to form an independent educated opinion would take me a great deal of time, and second, that doing so would not be a good use of my time. I decided to focus on bringing transparency to what I call the “great poisoning,” including virus frauds (which can occur whether viruses exist or not), highlighting their relationship to the financial system and the governance system that engineers them, and working to prevent the control grid from maturing into a slavery system. I preferred to spend my time helping people resist the conversion of the financial system into a control grid.
Meanwhile, Tom and I continued our conversation online, and he now joins me again on the Solari Report to keep the discussion going. Tom believes passionately that viruses do not exist and is convinced that bringing transparency to that fact will decimate the virus frauds and the push for central control. As a tactical matter, I do not agree.
Where we do agree is that the virus debate is part of a much bigger issue. At this time, when efforts to integrate numerous systems and “harvest” the human body in entirely new ways are accelerating—including proposals to launch CBDCs and link them to the human body as a “battery”—we urgently need a paradigm that recognizes our body as both physical and electromagnetic. After Tom and I concluded our discussion, I decided to ask Ulrike Granögger to join me for our discussion of “The Economy of the Energy Body” to provide critical background on some of these issues. Given the enthusiastic subscriber response to that interview, it seems that many understand the importance of this topic.
In short, Tom and I both agree that significant breakthroughs in our understanding of our electromagnetic body are desperately needed and can serve the dual causes of personal health and freedom. That said, as you will see in our interview, our debate about tactics continues—respectfully anchored in our mutual love of free speech.

Hi Catherine.
I really enjoy listening to you, but you are difficult to hear.
Is it possible you could use a better microphone? It does not matter on what device I listen, with volume at 100% your voice is still quiet. This is not a new issue, but especially pronounced on this interview.
The official narrative is that SARS-Cov-2 was assembled in a computer from nucleotide fragments sequenced from the bodily fluids of a sick person in China. IOW the genome is an in silico guesstimate and not based on an actual particle found in nature. This fact alone powerfully reinforces Tom’ s point that no actual virus was ever truly isolated and shown to exist.Since no virus particle has been isolated the question raised is what is actually in the annual flu shot? We are told attenuated viruses but that requires the isolation of millions of actual viruses.
Despite the mixed comments, I really enjoyed this discussion. I am glad you and your team decided to post this interview despite you and Dr. Cowan not quite agreeing all the time. I find the banter interesting. I actually find this more helpful, because I can try and understand each person’s viewpoint and where they are coming from. Also, you can clearly tell that you both highly respect each other despite disagreeing, and both of you are very intelligent people. Why would you want to hide disagreeing points of view? Disagreeing and giving different perspectives are where learning occurs. It makes all of us think and dig deeper. It’s possible that both of you are right, depending on the lens or viewpoint you are looking at the problem from.
However, I do agree with Dr. Cowan about the importance on the emphasis that viruses do not exist. The great mystery in life is what exactly is real and the truth. We only believe we what we know based on the filter that each of us receives our information through. Each of us has had an infinite number of variables on our “filters”, or who is building our reality, giving us our experiences, and our information on how we perceive the world. The “filters” are our parents & family, our education system, our news, our friends, our personal experiences, books, etc. The combination and perception resulting from these exponential number of different filters working together is infinite. The only way you can start toward truth is to eliminate what is not true. That’s all we ever really know for sure, what is definitely NOT true. I liked that this was his opening argument and theory to go by.
I also understand from your perspective that you want to wake as many people up as fast as you can, with the least amount of side arguments and distractions that would delay or block that objective. Again, depends on the lens that you are looking at the topic through.
Dr. Cowan should team up with Children’s Health Defense to prove that viruses don’t exist in court! He said he can do it! Now THAT would put a damper on the control grid.
Children’s Health Defense would never go for it. there’s a conflict of interest somewhere in CHD with regard to the virus debate. don’t know what it is, but it definitely exists. I suspect it involves financial interests or super egos.
Catherine I have been following you for a while now and I love and trust all of your work, Your thoughts on the no virus issue was a bit difficult for me to hear but we all have our own opinions.
I do want to thank you for doing this interview with Dr. Cowan I see someone who is as passionate for the truth, as I am. I have been studying this information for the past 2 1/2 years and I have no doubt that he is correct. Prior to the plandemic I was always listening to alternative doctors so this was easy for me to see.
If we have been lied to in regards to wether a virus exist or not I want to know. How many vaccines were created because of a “virus” that were not needed? I beleive vaccines are a part of the slow poisoning. Imagine the number of people who would have chosen not to talk this injection if only they new the truth. I do not trust pharmaceuticals at all – I won’t even take an asprin.
This website has compiled some of the best of the best on the no virus topic. http://www.VirusTruth.net/?ref=ll1
Thanks for that. I am convinced that vaccines have been one virus fraud after another.
I couldn’t agree more.
Andrew A. Marino may be of interest. He worked in Dr. Robert O. Becker’s lab and wrote several books on him and more.
ANDREW A. MARINO was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and graduated from St. Joseph’s University in 1962 with a major in physics and a minor in philosophy. During 1963–1981 he earned a PhD in biophysics and JD in law from Syracuse University, and worked in the bioelectromagnetics research laboratory at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Syracuse, New York. From 1981 to 2014 he worked in the departments of Orthopedic Surgery, Neurology, and Cellular Biology & Anatomy at the LSU Medical School in Shreveport, Louisiana.
THIS SITE contains a comprehensive collection of articles and other information relating to his systematic studies of the biology and biophysics of natural and man-made electromagnetic energy, and to its medical, sociological, and legal significance. The articles deal with the existence, extent, cellular basis, mechanism of action, and risks to human health caused by human exposure to man-made electromagnetic energy in the human environment, and with the legal implications of the health risks. The articles include reports of the effects of electromagnetic energy on human subjects, animals, tissues, and cells. The reports describe experimental, theoretical, analytical, and mechanistic studies of the interaction of electromagnetic energy with biological systems, and the use of electromagnetic energy for medical purposes.
THIS SITE also contains all of Marino’s articles dealing with his other major research initiatives: biocybernetics in the musculoskeletal system; disease processes including osteoarthritis; ligament repair; sleep and other neurological disorders; stress; cancer; electromagnetic hypersensitivity; and nonlinear analysis of the electroencephalogram for diagnosis of clinical disorders.

I am having trouble seeing the point of this conversation.
It’s an incoherent mess that goes nowhere, which is strange to see on Solari.
Why invite someone for an interview and dismiss and bulldoze them so vehemently that nothing meaningful is being synthesised?
I respect and love your Mamabear energy, wanting to protect people and standing your ground against bullshit, Catherine, but this isn’t the way to build or learn anything.
When trying to understand the electromagnetic body I suggest speaking to an electrical engineer that has the capability to break down the physics in a meaningful and actionable way. Dan Winter comes to mind, he’s a bit of a mad genius, but an absolute treasure trove when trying to navigate the electromagnetic reality we all are functionally illiterate in.
Here’s a link of a recent interview with him: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u9tUJuwdsyY
Good to know about Dan Winter. Will check him out. Did you listen to the Economy of the Energy Body. The reason we recorded that and published it first was that the points that I had expected to make in this did not happen. I was not expecting to revisit Tom’s arguments on viruses.
The economy of the energy body was excellent, Ulrike and your Self did an amazing job in providing an overview that doesn’t end up with the unicorns or dissociates, but there is plenty of room for further and serious inquiry which I deem necessary. Engaging with these subjects coheres the map of reality and meaning beautifully but drastically for some, which can be overwhelming, especially if reality until 2020 worked fine and reliably. It’s the cruel beauty of rough times, anything that can’t take pressure, simply will be composted. There are however plenty of competent people around who can navigate the study of this field, but who often won’t advertise themselves, care about credentials or debates. Anything that is not grounded enough in a solution based approach, is not the best use of time and resources, I would agree with you in that entirely.
I am just reading Resurrecting the Mysterious – two of Ingo Swann’s manuscripts published after his death with the help of Nick Cook. Many insights on this issue.
Oh, Ingo Swann is good fun! He could see the wild things going in the aura between couples during arousal, growing to enormous and colourful shapes and he called it ”sexual regalia”, a hilarious read. Made me want to double down on auric hygiene, too. 🙂
Catherine and Tom were travelling on two different sets of train tracks for much of the conversation. They were talking about different things but weren’t aware that they were talking about different things.
Catherine is also familiar with several ‘super smart’ scientists and doctors who insist that viruses exist, so to be arguing with someone like Tom on the subject of the existence of any virus particle is extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable for Catherine. to be jabbed or not to be jabbed splintered numerous families and friendships. the virus debate will do the same.
Just had a chance to read all the comments. Very much appreciate the discussion. I am reading a fascinating new book. Ingo Swann’s sister and niece gave author and reporter Nick Cook two of Swann’s manuscript to organize and publish – It is called Resurrecting the Mysterious. It is an exploration of the invisible realms of our reality. It starts with a quote. It is attributed to an Ancient Sanskrit Prayer….”LORD, lead me from the unreal to the real….”
Indeed one of our family’s favorite prayers. You can find an audio recording here:
https://www.csecenter.org/Ellen-Grace-OBrian/Prayers-and-Mantras
PRAYER FOR REALIZING TRUTH (audio link)
om asato ma sad gamaya
tamaso ma jyotir gamaya
mrtyor ma amrtam gamaya
om, shanti, shanti, shanti
Oh Lord, lead us from the unreal to the Real.
Lead us from the darkness of ignorance to the light of Truth.
Lead us from the error of identifying
with the mortal body and mind to the
realization of our divine immortal Self.
What a beautiful prayer.
Susan, thank you for this. I played the audio file and nearly went “external” hearing it being sung in sanskrit. Root and crown blew open. Namaste.
He is saying “the heart is not a pump” and from there I had to turn it off. I do think that there are many many different perspectives out there and I am awfully open to most of them, however this is just a bridge too far for me. But continue to bring alternative viewpoints! That’s important and eventually we will find the truth………. although not always black and white. THANKS!
I heard an interview with Zach Bush, MD, on Mercola some years ago about the heart not being a pump. It was quite fascinating. The boomer generation is being led into many heart procedures and joint replacement surgeries which I suspect is mostly marketing. I’d like to learn more on these subjects so as not to be taken in by Rockefeller medicine.
the heart is *not* a pump. there is no way that a pump could push blood through the thousands of miles of arteries, veins and capillaries in our bodies.
rather, the heart has a special shape, a chestahedron, designed to thrust the blood into a vortex. this in turn energises the blood which then travels through the body under its own power with additional energy converted from infrared light when needed. to understand this, you need to read about structured and energised water from someone who truly understands water such as Viktor Schauberger, Rudolf Steiner or Gerald Pollack.
much of today’s common science and biology is fake. we’ve been programmed to not see the truth of who or what we are.
Well pump or not, if that joker quits beating you’re not going to be alive much longer.
Have you read Dr. Cowan’s book on the heart?
I first read Dr. C’s book on the heart, but was not enough to light the bulb on his thinking. It wasn’t until I read Living Energies, by Callum Coats, that it all began to make sense. Then a couple other books on water.
