Dr. Tom Cowan has spent a lifetime trying to understand the human mind and body and teach people how to be healthy. He is well known for his excellent books on heart health and the role of water in our bodies.

Tom joined me on the Solari Report in June 2020 to discuss the fallacies of germ theory. As a founding board member and supporter of the Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF), Tom co-authored The Contagion Myth with WAPF founder and president Sally Fallon Morell, who also joined us on the Solari Report at the time of the book’s publication in September 2020.

The topics addressed by Tom and Sally are important, as our history is filled with one virus fraud after another—frauds used to justify or cover up all manner of poisonings and financial frauds. As I see it, virus frauds are, among other reasons, stealth tools that central bankers use to engineer deflation and centralize ownership of assets without having to raise interest rates so high that they inspire mobs with pitchforks to come after them. They also raise important questions on the mysterious ingredients in pharmaceuticals and what they have to do with transhumanism and the smart grid.

When I was in Knoxville at the excellent Weston A. Price Foundation conference last fall, Tom’s wonderful son Asher, who runs their Dr. Cowan’s Garden business, engaged with me in open discussion at our Solari gathering about whether viruses exist and whether settling that debate is a good use of our time and resources.

When I first investigated the issue, I listened to Tom and Jon Rappoport argue that viruses don’t exist. I also listened to numerous doctors and scientists for whom I have the greatest respect argue that they do. At the time, I concluded two things—first, that to study and get to the bottom of the debate sufficient to form an independent educated opinion would take me a great deal of time, and second, that doing so would not be a good use of my time. I decided to focus on bringing transparency to what I call the “great poisoning,” including virus frauds (which can occur whether viruses exist or not), highlighting their relationship to the financial system and the governance system that engineers them, and working to prevent the control grid from maturing into a slavery system. I preferred to spend my time helping people resist the conversion of the financial system into a control grid.

Meanwhile, Tom and I continued our conversation online, and he now joins me again on the Solari Report to keep the discussion going. Tom believes passionately that viruses do not exist and is convinced that bringing transparency to that fact will decimate the virus frauds and the push for central control. As a tactical matter, I do not agree.

Where we do agree is that the virus debate is part of a much bigger issue. At this time, when efforts to integrate numerous systems and “harvest” the human body in entirely new ways are accelerating—including proposals to launch CBDCs and link them to the human body as a “battery”—we urgently need a paradigm that recognizes our body as both physical and electromagnetic. After Tom and I concluded our discussion, I decided to ask Ulrike Granögger to join me for our discussion of “The Economy of the Energy Body” to provide critical background on some of these issues. Given the enthusiastic subscriber response to that interview, it seems that many understand the importance of this topic.

In short, Tom and I both agree that significant breakthroughs in our understanding of our electromagnetic body are desperately needed and can serve the dual causes of personal health and freedom. That said, as you will see in our interview, our debate about tactics continues—respectfully anchored in our mutual love of free speech.

  1. Not a WAPF member, but I did drive down from VA to attend the Solari gathering (which was altogether too brief!). I felt Catherine handled Asher’s run at the issue with her usual grace and aplomb. I do feel there is a lot of pseudo-science in virology and I believe the vast majority of vaccines are harmful, if not all. I stopped my own son’s childhood program very early on after a retired pediatric nurse whom I had hired as a nanny shared her experiences, including heartbreaking post-vaccination SIDS, autism, allergies, and asthma. So glad that I did; he’s one of the healthiest people I know, suffering from none of these conditions like so many young people today.

    I have read “The Truth about Contagion” (the name under which “The Contagion Myth” was republished, but I’m assuming essentially the same content). I found many of the alternative theories of disease compelling and well worth considering. Obviously, because Big Pharma and Rockefeller-dominated medical education have had a virtual monopoly on scientific and medical research, there are not a lot of studies out there to satisfy those who believe “publication” is the holy grail. But then, after the last three years, so many of these publications have been proven to be utterly fraudulent and just plain wrong, I’m not sure most are worth the paper they are written on.     Yes, there are many holes in the terrain theory that need to be plugged, and in the absence of solid alternative explanations for each and every condition, it can feel like those practitioners who believe viruses are actually exosomes, not contagions, are being dismissive. But I also know Andy Kaufman personally and have used his consultative services. We disagreed on a couple of issues, but this much I can tell you: He is not some clueless shill being used by the “Adversary”; his beliefs are his own, based on his own research, that of Tom Cowan, Dr. Stefan Lanka, and many, many doctors in the past who were censored and defrocked by said same pharmaceutical industry that has made trillions of dollars poisoning children and adults.

  2. Absolutely loved this conversation. So human and so real. So great to have two minds debate the reality or the charade that we are in and draw the right conclusions. It made me feel centred, grounded and safe that it’s actually all down to me and what I chose to believe. Thankfully I have like you Catherine and Tom Cowan never believed in the latest hoax of Covid and even going back to HIV I knew that was a farce. I know I’m a fire horse (born 1966) and having that belief has always kept me strong. However what has been hard is the amount of fight needed in the past few years as this has been such a powerful psyop on humanity and sometimes it has been a lonely road! Thank you as that was a really enjoyable hour xx

  3. For what it’s worth, my take on ‘why vaccines’, besides the other forms of poisoning, has to do with the harvesting our energy through conscious permission. The poison through the food, air and water comes with unconscious consent, but going out to get something injected into your muscle tissue or blood stream is conscious. I think that might be a much more effective energy drain or harvesting. It could have had another form, but they might have chosen this one, maybe, because it is so invasive. I, for one, cannot watch a video of someone taking an injection without my whole body revolting (is that a correct way of saying this? I am not a native English speaker. It’s like my stomach turns, every tine I watch it).

    2. What I mean by energy harvesting I will try to explain as follows: if your body and soul are well aligned, you are grounded and have your feet solid on the ground. You will have a healthy energy body (your energy field will be clear/light of colour). In which case you are not easliy fooled or influenced, even when you do not know much about the topic, Your intuition will work. When the opposite is true, you do not have that ‘protection’ and can be tricked more easliy.
      The easiest way to illustrate this is for example when you, as a woman, have given birth to a healthy child, will not easily give it to someone who is going to hurt it by injecting a needle into it. If you do let this happen, you get fragmented, because a voice is whispering ‘this is the right thing to do to protect my child’, while another part gets torn into pieces for letting this happen. So you have to ingnore that part of you that is hurting.
      I an not saying that it is your fault. There are many reasons why this could be the situation.

  4. Now in March 2023, I agree the biggest impact we can have is not to get everyone to understand viruses don’t exist. The majority of people who had to get the shot got it and the damage continues to be done. There is however some gain to be had from the fact if people realize they don’t exist, then they see they took those shots for “nothing”. Linking back to the recent Rasmussen survey showing a large percentage of Americans think those shots cause bad side effects including death, then they see they took the shots as part of the depopulation agenda. If they realize that, then they wonder what else they were lied about and challenge other things such as poisoning of the air and food and also everything else related to viruses such as the whole HIV/AIDS scare. It’s all about educating people one thing at a time. After viruses, then you learn that bacteria and fungi are actually used by the body to repair and whatever the body doesn’t need, it discards. Perhaps read on Dr Hamer and the biological laws. For example, people are afraid of cancer. Well, if you understand that there’s a conflict behind all diseases, then you know you have to figure out the emotional trauma behind a specific cancer and it goes away by itself. This is if it’s a cancer on an organ for which the brain relay is in the old brain. If the relay is in the new brain, the cancer is actually the healing phase. So if we educate people, then they stop being afraid. Catherine, with your background in finance and banking, you’re already doing great in informing people with what you know. I’m glad to be a subscriber and always listen to all episodes of Money and Markets. Interviews such as this one are also great to have, even if after you don’t put your time on proving viruses don’t exist.

  5. Dr Tom, the little invisible things that make us sick do matter, a lot. I read Virus Mania and have dove down the many made up bs lies about the so called Magic Virus. No I don’t think it was a virus, but it was a bio weapon that was sprayed or delivered some way. Robert Kennedy Jr made a statement in an interview that the CCP had figured out how to spray it at night. Yep that fits.          Miss Catherine I am totally in your camp, it don’t matter in helping people. When I understand the bio weapon was engineered and has a patent number on it. And that it was made to drive the jab that is all I need to know. Because it all fits, the patent was developed to drive the lock downs, the jab was developed to put an operating sys inside us. Both fit together to build the control grid, period. Dr Tom 99 percent of the people are not going to follow you and believe, so your job is to simply it more and make it more logical. That is why Catherine resisted and pushed back so much. I agree with her. Also agree with her on “immune system”. Call it whatever you want to call it, I don’t care. But the gut bacteria play a huge role in this. My guess is they produce an electrical field that is connected to the brain. But they are big players. I changed my gut bacteria at age 60 8 years ago. I have not been sick in 8 yrs, and no I did not get the V, nor did I take any jabs. As a side note I will never take any more jabs of any kind. Only had one flu shot once in my whole life. If I was raising kids today they would get zero jabs. But to boil this down as Miss Catherine stated at the first, most all and me included, yes I believe they use tiny particles to harm us and control us thru putting or getting nano bugs etc inside us. See vids here on Solari about mind control. So as Miss Catherine said how do we stop the control grid? Dr Tom you have got to boil this down so it is simple and logical, that is key. One last suggestion to you both if you have not read it The Body Electric by Dr Robert Becker MD. He was a great scientist, he even figured out how we transmit electrical signals in the body. Got cross ways with gov and they shut his lab down. One other book that helps define what they did to us Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars 1954. Miss Catherine and Dr Tom this book answers your long held question……..why. I learned of this book from Dr Lee Merritt MD.

  6. Dear Catherine,

    This is unfortunately one of the worst interviews I’ve ever seen of yours (and I’ve watched many). When talking to intelligent people, it’s best to just let them make their case and then respond – esp. if you don’t agree with them. You didn’t even let this guy get going before you dismissed him. Ironically, he’s saying about medicine exactly what you’re saying about finance: that a central fraud (viruses/M1 creation) is the basis of a whole infrastructure of fraud – yet you didn’t want to listen to him?

    Maybe you could better promulgate your message if you tuned into what it was about Cowan’s thesis that triggered you. So far as I can see you both have important information to share.

    To be clear I love your work and all your interviews (even this one). I’m just a little surprised to see you so adversarial to someone who’s broadly on our side..? But thanks for everything – pls keep it up!

    PS: I’m saddened to read some of the comments below. I have some small involvement with medical doctors and one thing that has really struck me about them is their extraordinary intellectual conceit. I know academics with PHD’s in more than one discipline and post-doc’s as well who have more intellectual humility than your average medical doctor with a mere MBBS.

    1. While I agree that the interview could have gone better, I did get to understand that there are some things we still need to explore.
      I found Dr Cowan’s evangelical approach to the interview be a distraction, and simply skipped the next five minutes.

    2. Alan: I appreciate your input. I was tougher than usual because my expectation of the interview was that we were not going to spend any serious time revisiting the “do virus exist” question and that is where Tom wanted to begin rather than starting with the bigger picture. Some of our team felt we should not publish the interview given my frustration.

    3. I was waiting for the big ahah moment until the last minute, to no avail.
      The two take away gems were the photos of water being similar to being programed just as quartz crystal with the words spoken and subsequent outcome.
      Painfully, I was already aware that the hundreds of hours spent studying hand drawn models of biology. I also regret the hours spent studying the kreb cycle.
      I agreed with Catherine wholeheartedly about having no desire to pursue trying to prove others being duped.
      Tom stated a few times that he really had no skin in the game, my analagy not his, about others coming to truth.
      Should we bring this horse back to life so we can beat it some more?
      Look to disprove falsehoods and the truth will reveal itself.
      Ok, now what?
      Yet, that was his only take away despite being asked multiple times, What is the take away here?
      I awaited with baited breath until the end whilst listening with another subscriber, to no avail. We then spent and hour discussing what a colossal waste of valuable time it was waiting for a profound take away.
      Catherine spent many hours round tabling with the big dogs, and is not willing to concede to someone else’s opinion to waste her valuable time knowing the big picture.
      With that being said, I would rather have taken those two hours of my life, which I will never get back, researching the links that others suggested to further my study on the incredible properties of water.
      I would just like to highlight to those who commented on the links I provided.
      If proper time was taken to view and learn, and not just a peek and shreek, the follow up comments would prove to be interesting interactions.
      With all this being said, I too was let down with the scant amount of information during the discussion.
      Big disappointment after the hype and subsequent wait.
      Catherine, I would like to encourage you to take a proper look at a book recently published by Dr. Ibirahim Karim.
      He was a friend of Dr. Emoto and their work together with water and using BG3 is evidence of this.

  7. Wouldn’t a fever be evidence of some sort of an immune system?
    Meditate, get rid of what is and of what isn’t, an empty mind and then hopefully get what is.
    Now to ask a saucer of water what stocks to buy before I put it in the freezer.

    1. an immune system would involve T cells, B cells, memory cells, etc. This is the ‘system’ that doesn’t exist except in sponsored scientists’ research labs.
      the body protects itself and corrects anomalies within itself, but it doesn’t work the way scientists and doctors tell us.
