  1. Just a note that your panel in Los Angeles a week (or so) ago, “Money Magic and..Consciousness” (I think that was the title) with Kimberly Gamble (of thrivemovement.com) was really informative and helpful. One of the most interesting conversations to me was “If we remove the Fed and this economy we’re in then what will we replace it with? We need to be careful that we don’t weaken our current system so much that our country ends up being vulnerable to other forces..” (I hope I’m not misquoting you here) …. it was along these lines. We all want things to be cleaned up, but in the right way. I will re-read your Coming Clean materials from January !! Also, have been enjoying (if enjoying is the right word) the Netflix production of “House of Cards” which you recommended in Lets Go to the Movies… and I keep thinking, well, ‘if fiction is fact’ then boy does this series throw some light on some people and situations. And I wonder if our government representatives are squirming as they see themselves in these characters…. I hope so… thanks ! Catherine.

I listen carefully to your pre-interview remarks, which often exceed expectations. I suspect your active mind is not lacking for SR topics, but one area I don’t recall you including is the tight link between certain Sil Valley ( as a figurative ref. ) players and the intelligence sector ( for want of a better term ). I’ve read, and heard from insiders, enough to get the broad outlines and I think we have surely seen the impact, but the role this plays in the matrix ( whatever that is ) will remain necessarily obscure. This seems like an area where a key interview could shed much light and help subscribers to defend.
It is the accellerating pace that really concerns me nowadays – reminds me of an Olympic-style toboggan run.

  3. Subject: Federal (Corporate) mandates v/s small community ingenuity.
Bill Moyers: “Earlier this week, the FCC endorsed controversial plans to provide high-speed Internet to cities across America. Find out how one Louisiana town fought telecom companies to build one of the fastest networks in the nation for its residents.”

My perspective: Communities can do a better job than what is dictated to us by Federal authorities, whether its community banking instead of too-big-to-jail banking or community utilities instead of federally mandated lobbyist utilities.

This post on the Solari blog include stating that a section of Frank Dodd law could be interpreted to let the Consumer Protection Agency go into investment protection for the consumers. Here is Texas I am learning about how various Texas laws are misapplied and how the justice system and legislators let it happen. More lawlessness. If your state has judicial monitoring by activists, I’d like to review their web site. Please reply to this with the link.

    In cahoots with you!

    1. Nigel, has Half Past Been accurate these last couple of years. I skimmed a radio pod cast recently and it sounds like recent years…major disaster looms for the planet in the spring or summer. Does he have better accuracy on any particular topic? Entertaining but not educational so I don’t have time for his work…
