  1. Delighted as I am for those that enjoyed this, I can’t count myself amongst them. As a long term admirer of Catherine (since ‘Flashpoints’ Community Business) and Joseph (since the Byte Show), I’ve always appreciated the deep insights and ‘actionable intelligence ‘ of these interviews.
    Unfortunately, there’s been, for me, a recent trend all over the site to hammer home the same simple messages through constant repetition & preaching to the choir. I believe Catherine noticed with her ‘soapbox’ comment.
    It’s been a while (Whitney Webb’s excellent work on AI, I think) since I came away from an interview feeling I’d learned something new or understood something better. Perhaps it’s because I’m neither American nor christian, although this is the first time these have even felt like an issue.
    I’d really appreciate a return to the old analytical Solari interviews but perhaps that’s my problem. Tremendous gratitude for all you’ve accomplished, either way.

  3. For Farrells idea of a card not tied to a name: each certificate card is like a prepaid credit card or a gift card. It has funds on it up to a certain amount and you reload or throw the card away

As of early February, New Hampshire bill HB1700 was tabled as “Inexpedient to Legislate.” It proposes a ban not just on geoengineering but on excessive microwave and electromagnetic radiation, with violators to be “charged with a felony and face fines and imprisonment.” In the past year they’ve stepped up the cloud-seeding/aerosol injections exponentially in northern NH and the process is more systematized. Every clear morning, (of which in the past year I can count on one hand), like clockwork, a grid of parallel, equally-spaced streams is sown in front of the sun. It increases the day before a stretch of wet weather is forecast. Last year it was rare to see any planes, let alone a fleet, as there is no major flight path. Now on clear days there is not just the constant sound and sight of jets above but the crisp air is gone.

    2. The day after the eclipse, here in SE Washington, spraying has been almost overwhelming with the ever present cross crossing and hazy thick days. Strange because we have had little to no spraying for months. And of course the cloud build up and subsequent bursts. Someone has ordered the full turn on.

    3. I recently learned that, in New Hampshire, Experimental Weather Modification was made legal in the state in 1953, as a revised statute of the administrative code.(N.H. Rev. Stat. § 12-F:1) The concerns were attracting researchers, and addressing droughts and hurricanes. It was modified in 1985 and again in 2021 by HB128 requiring public disclosure in newspapers of the schedule, as well as chemicals and technologies to be used. However the requirement for disclosure only applies to state agencies, not federal agencies or NGOs, and is not common practice. It also requires approval by the Governor, but again, only for state agencies.
      It’s especially maddening that geoengineering is written into the state law, and was modified by state legislators on multiple occasions, but the present bill to ban it is ubiquitously believed to be addressing what is merely a “conspiracy theory.”
