Catherine,
For your food series, you may want to look into biodynamic gardening/farming, if you have already not done so. I have bought products from biodynamic farms and there seems to be something special about them. For instance, the biodynamic raw milk I bought lasted several days more than non-biodynamic raw milk that I have bought. I know that is only anecdotal evidence, but I think these techniques are worthy of further examination. The book, “Biodynamic Gardening” by Monty Waldin, presents the basic concepts of biodynamics in a succinct, well-formatted way. Be well.Chad

Great suggestion. I have had the opportunity to read Steiner and spend several weeks at the Michael Fields Institute of Biodynamic Farming in Wisconsin. They really understand soil. I know Harry has Biodynamic on his list of shows he wants to do.

Catherine. A frustrated lifetime Democrat shared with me Thomas Frank’s new book, “Listen, Liberal: Whatever happened to the party of the people?” and I wanted to pass this on to the Solari subscribers as we move into the final stages of this election cycle.
I find his critical analysis and history of the transformation of the party to be most helpful in understanding of the imploding Democratic party and the popularity of outliers Bernie Sanders and also Donald Trump. Interestingly, he largely blames his own party for their popularity and calls for his party to do serious soul searching. A staunch Democrat, he expresses sounding alarm to the Democrats if Secretary Clinton is elected and calls for massive party reform. The Democrat party caters to the Meritocracy (the top 10%) who in turn cater to the top 1%. His point that the there is no differences in this class of people from a business and governance standpoint. It easy to understand why the line is so blurred between government and Wall Street because they are all classmates and all went to school together at the top Ivy League schools. He calls the power base of his party cultural and intellectual elitists who have abandoned their Rust Belt base. Bill Moyers provides a nice book review at:
WGBH hosted a Youtube lecture in which Frank discusses his book and his research. In his lecture he reviews the Democrat party transformation over the past 30 years and offers a scathing indictment of both Clintons and the current Obama administration. The divide between classes (economic classes) has never been greater.

Thanks for the Laura Thompson SR. It gave me hope.
Having just attended my daughter’s wedding – officiated by a wonderful gentleman whose claim to fame was that he introduced to the world the wonders of pediatric vaccinations – I had decided I simply could never speak in public again. Every joyous occasion would otherwise be at risk from my peeping common sense truths.
But the super-informed, warm, upbeat tone of the Dr. Thomson interview convinced me to keep standing up to vax and other everyday horrors we confront, hopefully with more tact than I’ve used in the past.
Keep up your inspiring work!-

I am so glad it helped. If there is any way you can get your kids to watch Vaxxed and Trace Amounts – they might get through in terms of preventing heavy schedules.

Hi, Catherine,
I love the Solari Report and thanks so much for your continuing great work.
I just finished listening to your interview with George Noory on Coast a couple of days ago, and you talked again about finding out who manages your bank and what kinds of investments they are using your money for. I was wondering if you might consider putting up some checklists of questions and/or resources to use when choosing a bank, a financial advisor, etc., that are oriented toward the small, beginning investor. Many of your listeners are sophisticated investors, but I suspect many more are like me – babes in the woods who are trying to figure this all out. Your orientation is often (and necessarily) toward the macro view of what’s going on with money, markets, etc. Do you think you could put up a link to a section of basic questions (and how to find out the answers – whether there are websites that can be resources, or whether it’s a matter of making phone calls and/or visits to the bank and asking certain questions). A lot of the time I don’t know where to start! Or maybe I’m just being lazy.
Anyway, Catherine, thanks for all you do.

Catherine. I enjoyed your” Part 1 of the Breakthrough Interview with Catherine Austin FItts on The Transhumanist Agenda and the 2016 Presidential Election – June 24th, 2016″.
In this segment you discussed GHW Bush and the centralization plan as outlined in the early1990’s. It would be great if you could remind us where we can go to for historical sourcing on Bush’s description. This would be very helpful as we educate others on the Big Picture! Situating global health in this context is very important. Best,
