      1. Whata mess!

Establishment republicans blaming Bannon is ridiculous. The media have been ruthless with lying.

When I read the Intercept article on the private spy network I was with you, it can turn out bad but now more than ever I understand a need for it. Eric Prince and Oliver North should be in jail. These are some seedy characters especially what Price did in Iraq with Blackwater. I guess it takes thugs to clear out thugs. They know the networks and ratlines.

I am just praying North still has a bit of patriotism in him from his military days.

  1. “To be or not to be lies purely in the hands of the Treasury. Only their rule will define any cryptocurrency and the courts will never do their job constitutionally and defer to the agency. This very bad and unconstitutional undermining of our liberty is known as the Chevron Doctrine. It is how the third branch of government, the Judiciary, has become indistinguishable from the Executive Branch. It takes courage for a judge to overrule agency interpretation.”

‘Bitcoin To Be or Not to Be?’

I get that Clif High can be read like Nostradamus -every which way. So he reported government would eventually pass a law requiring all Bitcoin sales only to the government. Sort of caps your assertion government is allowing Bitcoin to get the free development coding and will eventually take all the fruits of that labor…

  2. So Disney will buy Fox, another major step in media consolidation, and I’m guessing that Congress will just rubber stamp it. In my dreams I think that maybe we could offer all members of Congress $1 million to $2 million a year for the rest of their lives to just step down and let the people vote on all of the laws and legislation from now on, but there would be too many roadblocks to accomplishing something like this.

  3. Just thinking out loud.

I believe we are witnessing the peeling away of layers of an onion with the Mueller Investigation. As each layer of the onion is peeled another high ranking employee of the intelligence agency is unveiled working in a clandestine matter that is a direct will of the country.

A few months ago over 2,500 JFK classified documents were released by order of President Trump and because of pressure from the C.I.A. and F.B.I. a few thousand documents were withheld pending six more months of review.

Are these two events connected? Who has the leverage? Who has the upper hand? Are we seeing a mindset being developed to prepare the American public what the “hidden state” is capable of doing?

Is the end game goal to consolidate the intelligence agencies?

    1. A large swamp with many parts fighting to protect their cash flows in a shrinking pie – and all behaving in a way that only shrinks the pie faster. Not a pretty picture. Pray for the Marine Corp.

      1. Today, Dec 15th was a busy day for Pres. Trump, FBI speech followed by a visit to the Marine Corps Air Facility in Quantico, Virginia

      2. Looks like people who have long term relationships with one another in the intel business have found themselves in a corral together and trying to decide who gets shot next.

  4. How can one protect a new business idea – given how the government, private and global business is run today? Is it best to wait to file a patent until a year or so – or is now a good time? Once a patent is made public – it’s easily copied unless one can grown the company quickly. Is the small business administration trustworthy? Any observations/suggestions appreciated!

    1. Read Musk on patents. Many cases where you are better never filing – just going fast. Have employees of high integrity and require confidentiality agreements with non-competes.
