“It is hard for countries to accept the U.S. dollar as settlement for international trade when the U.S. has been excused from accounting. People do not want to do business with entities that do not have accounting.”
~ Rob Kirby on the adoption of FASAB 56
By Catherine Austin Fitts
It’s time to begin our 2nd Quarter 2019 Wrap Up – my announcement of our theme, The State of Our Currencies, and overview is here.
This week we publish the first in our two-part publication of the News Trends & Stories for the 2nd Quarter 2019 Wrap Up. Dr. Joseph P. Farrell joins me for our analysis of what is happening in 2019—and where the world is going.
In Part I, we look at the top stories in Economy & Financial Markets and Geopolitics. We also fill in the Trump Report Card for the 2nd Quarter.
I hope you take advantage of both Parts I and II—I know of no better round-up of the deeper news than these quarterly discussions. Our team invests significant time each quarter to convert months of headlines into actionable intelligence that gives our subscribers mastery of the economic, political, and cultural flows in which we navigate.
Just when I feel I have achieved a synthesis, I sit down with Dr. Farrell and something remarkable happens. Joseph’s understanding of history, science, and culture—and his ability to integrate across many sectors—takes the conversation into a whole new mind. Our discussions this month were some of our most insightful and fun recording sessions yet.
Here are our choices for the top stories for Part I:
Economy & Financial Markets:
- Story #1: Secret Books and FASAB 56: U.S. Securities Markets Go Dark
- Story #2: U.S. Debt Spiral and Reserve Currency Pains
- Story #3: Slowbalization: Recession Looms, Equity Markets Correct; Interest Rates Fall
- Story #4: Technocracy, Farmageddon, and the Reengineering of Land and Real Estate
- Story #5: Trade Wars: Superpowers Bare Their Teeth Over Sea Lanes, Borders, Back Doors, and AI
Geopolitics:
- Story #6: Elections Signal a Rise of Nationalism and Citizen Frustration
- Story #7: Technocracy and the Rise of the Global Truman Show
- Story #8: It’s a Mad, Mad World: Censorship, Disinformation, Entrainment, and the Weaponization of Populations
- Story #9: Oil Wars, Trade Wars, Economic Sanctions, and the Silk Road
- Story #10: The Push for War—Secret Money for Secret Armies and War
In Let’s Go to the Movies, I will discuss an important oldie but goodie—Pam Warhurst’s TED presentation, How We Can Eat Our Landscapes. Given what is happening with the centralization of farmland ownership and agriculture, this is a good time to redouble our efforts to strengthen local food supplies and resiliency.
Post your questions and story suggestions for Money & Markets for this week here.
Talk to you Thursday!

Notes from my intake of the program:
Consider that if technology can successfully apprehend the current situation ¬99% it can reasonably predict the immediate future. The higher its apprehension goes, the farther ahead it could forecast. Still not very far, but enough to beat everyone without a comparable system virtually every time. Add in thought-shaping, entrainment, false flags, and mind control, and the established future is pushed that much farther out. Those with the technology now have vastly higher ability to harvest, since it knows what happens next. We haven’t even mentioned what would happen if the stage could actually be prepared through time manipulation. I think they’re working on it. If you manipulate gravity, you manipulate time.
If social security is cut in any way, that’s ipso facto, deflation. Way less money is around. I think the #1 thing “They” don’t want is deflation. Plus, the ability to collect it from workers is imperiled if it is exposed as a scam.
“Grow a pear for 50 cents.” Shit, you could fix Congress for $1,000.
I get off the bus when the Blue Chicken Bash starts. It should not even be mentioned. We have to understand that the mere mention of blue chickens is deleterious to getting the off-world scenario right. The Secret Space Program is prima facia speculation, so we are declaring an orthodoxy by saying what’s in and what’s out. I don’t think that makes sense. I suspect that we’re way beyond 3D phenomena. The SSP® is itself just a variant in the alien threat narrative.
Shinzo Abe visit to Iran: Our bullet trains are the best. The Chinese don’t have the skills produce a 21st Century high tech railroad. Japan gets her piece of the action.
Disagree on the Blue Chicken bash. No one that I know of is declaring orthodoxy. What I hear a lot of is “I don’t know” and “Unanswered Questions.” That is not the sound of orthodoxy. We are saying that when serious researchers – including serious speculation – are hijacked by intentionally disinformation promoted as entertainment – we lose the momentum of figuring out what is true. This is research vs. cult and entertainment. Throwing people who lack integrity out of a circle is not orthodoxy. It is plain common sense.
There are people who have persisted with the flat earth fable, although it appears to be dying out. Nobody serious bothers to debate it. To me blue chickens are no different. The heaping of ridicule upon scorn doesn’t advance the ball, it smacks of eighth sphere stagnation. I actually haven’t heard a new item in the whole secret space program oeuvre in a few years now, come to think of it. What hath Goode wrought?
Question of emphasis. I don’t think it is worth spending time on – whether watching or bashing. But it needs to be called for what it is. I think The Real Game of Missing Money – Volume I and Volume II is a major new item.
The missing money was something you were onto when I first encountered you. Since then, you have done yeoman work to bring it into the public discourse and Skidmore has given it hard values, if still incomplete.
My conjecture is that the Salla-esque Solar Warden scenario is still too fantastic to be afforded by even his astronomical sums, especially when all the underground bases, surveillance, enforcement and deception must also be paid for. I do think we have fabulous weapons and likely spacecraft, but nothing on a Star Wars scale, not for mere $trillions. The tintinabulations of The Bell are what resonate with me–and less for its spatial than for its temporal effects.
I conclude the SSP itself, not only Corey Goode, probably has a lot of sleuths and bloodhounds barking up the wrong tree.
A little jewel amongst the multitude… Retired Deputy Director for research and development projects at McDonnell Douglas, Dr. Robert Wood.
Likely making reference to James Forrestal, amongst others.

Thanks, Catherine, will we get to hear what was Joseph’s highly speculative off the record theory? any hints?
Will have to wait for Joseph to go public!

It has been 70 years the mystery of UFO’s has mystified thousands of witnesses, yet the scientific establishment has not studied it. There is the Freedom of Information Act, yet the public have not seen any declassified files. This has opened the door for a mini cottage industry of hoaxers and charlatans that draws attention from the real nature of the UFO phenomenon that deflects from any serious research.
How often the last 40 years the public has heard the government was about to reveal the ultimate truth about UFOs. After many crashes with little bodies found in the 40’s and 50’s (Spitzbergen, Norway- Roswell- Aztec, New Mexico – Death Valley, Ca. – Brady, Montana to name a few) the public are still in the dark.
Couple of thoughts. Why would a very advance civilization have scout ships that crash? The Roswell event happened on July 2, 1947 and crashed with occupants were not retrieved until July 9, 1947, a week later. Can you imagine the conditions of the “pilots” bodies after 7 days in the hot summer New Mexico heat.
Are UFO’s from other planets real? I don’t know, but something non human is going on. So why the hush, hush? Unless some UFO sightings are covert experiments in the manipulation of the belief system of the public. Are we seeing deception that is planted in the minds in the eager minds of gullible believers? And how did the believers became gullible? Well, in the late 40’s T.V. sets started to appear in American homes. What a great delivery system that could fuel the minds, “We are not alone”. Just look at the many, many TV shows and movies that have been produced to show the UFO mystery expresses our longings for wisdom that might come down from the stars in a new improved to reveal the secrets of life and tells us who we are. The UFO enigma has become an important new addition to our belief system. The visual media has done a terrific job to the masses in creating a made belief reality, just think of how popular “Battlestar Galactica” was and all the young ladies having posters of Richard Hatch & Dirk Benedict on their bedroom walls.
IMHO the real mystery is we do not know who we are. Hell, we don’t know how our heart beats.
Tesla said “If you want to understand the universe think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration”. Our beating heart creates a toroidal shaped electromagnetic field that surrounds the human body. The Earth is also at the center of a torus, so is the solar system and even our galaxy.
Maybe it will serve us well to know more about this wonderful orb we live on and our relationship to it before we embrace what an “alien” tells us who we are. If that happens we are wide open to a massive deception. Sure don’t want a bald headed nine foot tall “visitor” giving earthlings a book titled “To serve man”
Excellent, excellent point. We do not know who we are – and you are right – dealing with the governance system question first and foremost requires us knowing who we are. We need to come to our power. This is primary.

Haha! Just listened today 7-10-19 and I had to laugh about the subscriber not moving out of JPM Chase. I guess she needs to read about the tanker of cocaine just stopped owned by JPM Chase. If that doesn’t have her move her money, then she is lost. Oh dear!
I completely understand this mind set though. One of my clients still has a bank account at Wells Fargo!!! and I keep telling him Wells Fargo committed fraud on their own customers which is reported in the MMM!
The thinking is that “my account is too small to be important.” – which tells me I have not successfully communicated the energetic, data and financial risks, let alone the power of personal and intimate action to make sure you are important!
