A Short Preview:
“Water is the driving force of all nature.”
~ Leonardo da Vinci
By Catherine Austin Fitts
This week, we continue publication of our 2023 Annual Wrap Up. Dr. Joseph P. Farrell joins me for Part II of News Trends & Stories.
In Part II, Joseph and I focus our attention on our list of 50 unanswered questions, grouped according to the six pillars of the Solari Report’s Building Wealth curriculum. With propaganda, mind control, AI, and false flags ramping up to intense levels, it can be difficult to ascertain what is true; our discussion of unanswered questions can map out the areas to which we should be paying the most attention.
In addition to the unanswered questions, our Part II discussion also focuses on the topic of “great takings”; although it is only recently that this topic has attracted widespread public attention, our list of historical “Takings as of 2023” (at the News Trends & Stories section of the 2023 Annual Wrap Up website) shows that Mr. Global has been “taking” for a long time and in a variety of ways. Paying attention to and pushing back against “takings” achieved through financial digital controls—bank accounts, credit cards, payment systems, and CBDCs—will be one of the Solari Report’s top priorities in 2024. The lengthy list of “takings” to date shows why it is so important that we counteract the so-called “Great Reset” with our own Building Wealth Reset.
On January 23, Ricardo Oskam, Carolyn Betts, and I will present Building Wealth: Where to Stash Your Cash in 2024. The following week, January 30, Tim Caban will join me again for the quarterly Equity Overview. The 2023 Annual Wrap Up will culminate with my interview with Future Science Series host Ulrike Granögger to discuss water, our Wrap Up theme. In our view, understanding water is foundational to building wealth as both living and financial equity.
Money & Markets
In Money & Markets this week, John Titus and I will cover the latest events and discuss the financial and geopolitical trends we are tracking in 2024—and the marvelous pushback rocking and rolling us around the globe. Post questions at the Money & Markets commentary here.

Is it possible for Joseph to reiterate the type of action for the challenge of a writ of execution by the banks for land ownership ? He mentioned quovo warranto, which I cannot find. There is a quo warranto, perhaps that is what he meant? I am dealing with exactly the issue Joseph and Catherine referenced, the banks are without actual standing while the writs are being issued. I have been searching for this answer, and I could not find case law on it. I do not have alot of time. The sooner the better, if you can forward the type.
Wow. What a great wrap up. Thank you both for sharing your brilliance.
I understand Catherine you and Joseph are brilliant but I can not navigate your website. I only paid 375 dollars because I wanted to hear Dr Farrell in the wrap up. I also love John Titus but I am not computer savvy. You think I know how to navigate your website. Not!
If you call Customer Service, or request a call, Darlene can give you a tour. Also recommend the Welcome Page

In the topic of language – and the importance of it. I am listening to “Cultish”, a book about how language is used to control cult followers recommended to me to better grasp coercive control. Part II is interesting – subtly comparing the Johnestown cult to what I would call most ‘controlled opposition’ conspiracy theorists – leaving me to wonder if Jonestown, like Osho, was a CIA experiment to see what people would go for.
Her analysis of language is great – how language gets changed so that the members can no longer – to quote CAF: speak human. She does a great job explaining scientology. She also talks about how keywords create what the algorithm’s show us, and how the algorithms can suck us in. Most importantly in Part I, she references the issues with being labeled ‘a cult’ (vs. a religion) from a legal perspective. In Part 6, she talks about how buzzwords are waking people up using these same cult strategies, slowly pulling people in using the algorithms. … if you can handle the very woke point of view.
I have to give some push back on the music discussion. I love classical, listen to many styles of it. from Bach to Pårt. I was raised on rock, blues, jazz and other ‘simpler’ forms of modern music. as a professional musician i have heard plenty of poorly presented music of the later category, but cannot tell you how many times my ears have been opened to amazing unknown, brand new modern music. part of the problem is there has always been crappy music presented as mainstream (controlled by organizations like radio, record companies, banks, NPR, AOR radio, you name it) and none of it is.
When i was a kid we had to write letters and subscribe to magazines to find the good stuff. Until COVID, if you were in a city or suburb, you went to small alternative venues/shows and there was the internet (and Pirate Bay!), gold was out there.
Now…Spotify? As an analog person, not a fan but there are ways. Just takes some work, if it is actually of interest AND you have the time (ah youth) but there is really amazing new, in touch with the universe/ether music out there.
When i was older and on tour, this was made easier (i’d become admittedly lazy) by taking the time to listen to the opening acts instead of drinking, hanging out backstage, etc!
Wall people off and minimize exposure to you. Paraphrase of Dr. JOS Farrell. The last few years, I have been doing this and NOT feeling guilty. People who are trying to manipulate by either familial or also supposed friendship ties and stating “aren’t you a Christian?”- I have had to set and keep my boundaries against.
When Catherine has talked about through the years doing a time budget…I apply it to “net negative” people that I can not afford to have in my life, because they steal time, energy and mental capacity from me. Thanks so much for all the reminders here and elsewhere on Solari that we MUST stand firm and surround ourselves with excellent people to create families and communities where “win-win-win” scenarios are part of daily life.
