  1. I’m going to disagree with Mr. Sanders on Goldbacks. The premium for gold coins increases as the proportion of an ounce decreases. A typical 1/20 oz. gold coin will have over 50% premium.

The Goldback supports standard weights down to 1/1000 of an ounce, so obviously the premium is going to be higher. The reason the premium is essentially flat from 1/1000 to 1/20 of an ounce, is to support being able to exchange Goldbacks on a per Goldback basis, such as if you buy something and are getting change back in different Goldback denominations.

Yes, the premium is higher, and that is to support smaller transactions. A higher premium should not be a surprise.

Yes, I do own Goldbacks, but did not buy them to try to create an investment return.

What other small standard gold instrument is there? I have seen 1 gram bars, and 1/25 oz coins, and their premiums are also high.

    1. The premiums is why I shift to silver below either a 1 oz or 1/2 oz size.

I will also share the following here as it pertains to the importance of saving seed and regenerative gardening.

This is a video presentation I put together for a talk I did at a local Horticultural Society meeting in 2023. It offers in depth information on importance of seed saving.

    youtube.com/watch?v=tCc0lTsMTeA

In the video I explain how saving seed not only serves to save one money and ensure food security for one’s household (and local community) but, it also offers one the unique sense of satisfaction that comes from the knowing that each successive year seeds are saved the varieties of seeds are becoming more genetically customized (via the natural processes inherent in seeds adapting) to flourish in the specific climate and soils they are being raised in.

I also share information on what Vandana Shiva describes as “Bio-Piracy” and how we can resist this corporate fraud and profiteering which is threatening the stability of our global food supply.

As I mentioned in my article titled 24 Reasons To Start A Garden In 2024 I also consider the act of saving and sharing heirloom seed as an act of sabotage as it throws a monkey wrench into the machinery of the global corporatocracy (that seeks to own all seed, buying out and shutting down the small family owned companies, seeking to patent what they can and perpetually profit from their false claims of owning intellectual rights to the genetic fabric of life).

Each time we save and share seeds (and share the resulting abundance of crops) we are taking steps towards divesting from/boycotting centralized food and monetary systems which are corrupt and do much harm to the Earth and our collective future.

Seed saving is an act of co-creating with the forces of nature to resist corporate tyranny and it is an act of faith for it means holding that hope in our hearts that each spring we will plant those seeds and share the resulting abundance with our family and friends.

Thank you again for the thoughtful shout out and sharing my website link.

Wishing you a 2024 filled with peace, prosperity, wonder and inspiration.

    Sincerely,
    -Gavin

      1. Hi Catherine,

Just wanted to let you know I have shipped a copy of my book and a collection of my favorite heirloom seeds (saved from our garden) to Hickory Valley.

I informed the Solari Team via a “Support Request Ticket” (#11642) so they know to expect the package.

  3. Dear Catherine,

Thanks so much for checking out my substack article on the Continuity Of Colonialism and Anthropocentrism and sharing the link.

The term “plunder economy” indeed aptly describes the mentality and institutions involved with the historical events I outlined in my article.

I also appreciate you addressing my question pertaining to the so called “UAP” congressional hearings.

Regarding Steven Greer and his new film. I also do not agree with everything he says but I do also think he provides a lot of solid intel (especially regarding the suppressed energy tech.

Dr. Steven Greer recently released a full length film called “The Lost Century: And How to Reclaim It” which explores some of the advanced technologies that have been sequestered in the corporate R&D black ops and military operations that have funneled much of the “missing trillions” into their programs.

I intend on offering a more in depth review of the film (offering critiques as well as my own observations on the material that is presented in the film that I feel to be accurate and highly important to understand in a future substack post.)

For now I will say this:

While I have managed to confirm that the vast majority of the intel presented by Steven Greer and his team is legit and represents actionable intel I do not necessarily share his views regarding glorifying high tech sterilized robotic hydroponic agriculture (which so called “free energy” would make widely available) as some kind of amazing solution and step forward in our evolution as a species.

I would value hearing your thoughts on Greer’s most recent film (The Lost Century) with regards to how he chose to emphasize the “carbon emissions are causing global warming/climate” narrative but did not even mention intentional (weaponized) geoengineering tech (stratospheric aerosol injection programs and ionosphere heating devices such as HAARP) having a potential to play a role in our changing climate.

I know Greer is a smart guy and he also has a relatively large solar panel array at one of his properties so I know he is aware of the stratospheric aerosol injection (aka “solar radiation management”) and weather warfare programs. I have a few solar panels my self and on the days when the planes have sprayed a heavy grid of metallic nano-particulates above I see about a 40% decrease in energy output. Greer would be experiencing the same and would be able to connect the dots.

I mean don’t get me wrong, I do think that the guy is right when he says that if the suppressed zero point energy field extraction tech (so called “free energy” generators) were to become widely available it would reduce the cost of most things to nearly zero, shift the macro-economic order, destabilize existing hyper-consolidated monopolistic oligarchies and help us to drastically reduce pollution, but thinking that some giant hydroponic artificial food growing systems are the answer to world hunger and improving our quality of life is all wrong.
Spending time working close with the plants in a natural setting, with living soil, a diverse range of plants, trees and fungi, that is the medicine that each and every human being that is physically able needs, not some quick fix startrek food replicator nonsense.

We were created (and/or evolved) to interact with living ecosystems symbiotically, it is part of what maintains our health as human beings. High tech quick fixes are not a path to spiritually or socially evolve as a species.. in order to truly liberate our human race we must first liberate the mind and the heart, which requires reconnecting with the living planet Earth. Greer talks about meditation and the living planet (which is great) but then he shows these CGI renderings of some future he depicts and describes as a glorious golden age for humanity and it shows these giant hydroponic growing operations with robots, I think while that kind of cultivation may be helpful in some situations, we should be focusing on real living soil, regenerating the soil and creating food forests (as the ancients did) before anything else. I respect and see the importance of much of the information Greer brings to the table but I do have my reservations about the high tech quick fix agriculture stuff he puts on a pedestal.

Anyways, for now, those are my thoughts on Greer and the stuff he is proposing as solutions.

Thanks again for generously giving your time to share my article and address the “UAP” issue/bring up Greer’s film.

    (more in another comment)

    1. Here is our interview. As to your point on geoengineering, it is my tendency to be grateful to people who do a lot, and not worry that they can not do everything. \https://home.solari.com/lets-go-to-the-movies-week-of-september-4-2023-the-lost-century-and-how-to-reclaim-it/

      1. I see the wisdom in your choice to “be grateful to people who do a lot, and not worry that they can not do everything.”

Greer certainly does a lot to expose the modes of oppression and plunder which are utilized by Mr. Global and that in and of itself is a valuable contribution to those of us seeking to bring equality, honesty, integrity and healing to our human family.

Did you see that witness testimony he released regarding the orbital and ground based Directed Energy Weapons platforms in 2021?
        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gn5APiemb1I
Sounds to me like the classified technologies at the South Pole his witness (Eric Hecker, a secret government contractor who worked at the facility for a year) was disclosing info about could have been the type of tech that created the effects Dr. Judy Wood was talking about in her book “Where Did The Towers Go?”.

  4. Fluoride in Fiji Water:
Yes, Fiji water has naturally occurring fluoride in the water, The amount in each Fiji bottle varies as it is naturally occurring vs the other fluoride that is a toxic waste product from the aluminum industry and is added to some public drinking water.
If memory serves, the Fiji ingredient is a different type of fluoride called Calcium Fluoride and not toxic like the Sodium Fluoride additive is to our health.

I hope that helps. I will look into my archives for more info on this topic. But for now, that is my “starter answer”.

Here is a link to the Fiji FAQ page: https://www.fijiwater.com/faq#the%20water

I have been drinking Fiji and Acilis waters for years now and give 1 liter per day to my boys. We find it delicious! I have had a Fiji subscription so it is delivered to my house monthly, and that seems to lower the price a bit…

    Have a wonderful weekend!

  5. RE; Twila Brase question. I love Nurse Twila! When I was on the Solution Series last year with Corey, James & Matt Hale, I discussed Twila’s Citizens Council for Health Freedom and her fabulous book “Big Brother in the Exam Room”. She has such great information, I had to pass it on! I would love to have her on the Health Series for sure.

  6. I am concerned about private land being seized under eminent domain for solar and wind turbines and other climate change initiatives. Companies may declare themselves as “common carriers”. How can we defeat this initiative?

  7. Catherine Have you ever considered doing a interview John Warner IV?
It would be great to have Dr Farrell on with you also. Would be great panel discussion. I think your subscribers would enjoy it.

    1. I have watched several videos of Warner talking with Daniel of Dark Journalist. Did not see what I could ask, but will ask Joseph if he think there is anything we could add. I tend to post a useful interview but not duplicate it.
