  1. Yes Carolyn see oils are horrible for us. They are oxidized. Seed oils and to many carbs came to because the USDA drove the Standard American Diet tied to a number of things and bad cherry picked data. If this topic interest you suggest reading The Big Fat Surprise, see vids by Dr Paul Mason Md and Dr Chaffee MD. Much of the research that drove these things was paid for by the sugar industry. There is also a religious group that played a part in this. Seed oils and carbs are at the heart of ill health in America.

  2. Carolyn please address the use of Palm oil in Trader Joe’s products. There are many products I want to buy which have Palm oil in them. Most of the time I don’t buy them. They could do better.

  3. What is the mechanism by which small regional banks can escape CBDC or other things that larger banks will be subject to? Are small regional banks sovereign enough and independent enough to escape what’s coming? If they were, why would we be trying to establish state banks?

  4. I’ve watched “The Taking” and now I have some questions not answered.

What is the best way to hold assets? Banks are out, stock market no, gold & silver aren’t liquid, land can be grabbed…so among all of these and other options, what are the top 3 and why?How can we remain liquid if everything goes south…banks, credit unions, the dollar, stock market…what is the best plan for being able to purchase food, etc? What are the top three? What should we expect crypto to do if everything goes south? Will the government try to shut it down? Can they do that? is there a chance that crypto might form an alternative currency to retain liquidity or are there too many IFs?What is the most promising state in the U.S. for providing cover (sovereignty) to its residents? Top 3?

  5. Hi Catherine, I’ve been listening to your stuff about state sovereign banks. I don’t know if you addressed this, but is CA AB 857 (2019) and AB 1177 (2021) an example of what you’re talking about, or are these a Trojan horse of some sort? That is, they sound nice, but they’re not really what they appear to be? The site that covers this is https://californiapublicbankingalliance.org/

    Thanks

  6. FYI, Verizon now gives only 2 options to “auto-pay” your bill: give them your bank account info or use Verizon’s VISA card. How can this be legal???. I uncovered this when I dumped Comcast in December and switched to Verizon’s Home Network. This must be a new policy because the Verizon chatbot could not explain it to me. Had to bump my inquiry up to a person…. Or maybe a senior bot? I finally cut the cable! Should have done it years ago. Saves $200 a Month!
