  1. I live in Southern Ohio and am investigating unregulated energy suppliers. My current rate with AEP is .1132/KwH, and in reviewing the energychoice ohio gov website there are many choices to make which appear to give considerable savings on generation Service. How do I choose the best service, assuming a fixed rate?
