I thought I would post an old report made in 1996 from our Community Wizard databases. Rich place based data that facilitated re-engineering government investment by place were on of the things that HUD Secretary Andrew Cuomo and his team, including attorney Howard Glazer, made sure were suppressed as part of engineering the start of the housing bubble.
