It is my pleasure to introduce our new series: the Solari Health Series. This coming week, we publish my interview with host Jennifer Walters, BSN-RN, PHN, MFA.
Jennifer and I have been talking about the “aha” moments in our life when we realized that we had to take charge of our health—and we had to become exceptionally discerning users of a health care system in which therapies are increasingly dictated by the government and the pharmaceutical and insurance industries. I asked Jennifer to share some of her most important “aha” moments, including the story about when her son’s vaccine injury years ago set her on a much more independent path.
Jennifer is a registered nurse with experience working in hospitals and with a wide variety of patients, including in the areas of labor and delivery, home health care, and patient advocacy. A review of her resume tells you that this is a person who is literate in everything from the full gamut of homemade kitchen remedies to the most sophisticated procedures and lab testing that medicine can offer. Most importantly, Jennifer is a mother responsible for family nutrition and her children’s health.
Whether we are learning to take better care of ourselves or how to navigate the medical war zones in our lives, staying healthy has become an exceptionally important but complicated task. The more we can learn about how to do so—and, as much as possible, take care of our health in ways that are practical and economic—the better.
I and the Solari team are very grateful that Jennifer has agreed to take this task on. Please take this opportunity to welcome her to our team and give her your ideas and feedback on what you would like her to cover in the Solari Health Series.
This is the last week of the month, so there is no Money & Markets or Ask Catherine this week. E-mail your questions for Ask Catherine or post at the Money & Markets commentary for the following week here.
Talk to you Thursday!

It is wonderful how Jennifer has turned a tragedy into such an inspiration. Much appreciated.
Beth, Ayurveda is the best “customized” health care around! We used a lot of those treatments/practices (not sure of the correct terminology) for allergy elimination for immune dysfunction years ago. The practitioner said that he learned it from an elder medicine woman in his parent’s village in India where they would go for care. Everything was customized to what the person wanted and needed. I really think that the doctors that were trained in western med, that have left the system after they woke up from covid killings, are finally embracing the art of customized medicine. So many ‘mainstream’ have been turning to Ayurveda practices, it is very exciting. Thank you! It’s on my list. -Jennifer
I am so happy you are doing this series. My questions are related to finding alternative type medicine providers.
Laurie, I will add that to my list! Integrative medicine, ND’s, DO’s, Homeopathic Docs, Chiropractors, you name it, I have have picked their brains for my son’s health recovery. I will add them into my list of research I hope to do. The best thing about the insurance free health care search is the amount of alternative practitioners that show up in our path! Have a great weekend! -Jennifer
Hi Bill, I am following these comments you shared, i am in my 64th year and have always had high deductible/major medical but am so tired these last years of the 10k a year for emergency only.. i basically pay my out of pocket health. I am grateful I can say all this as my health has been good. Next year can go on medicare but still plan on using for emergency only and pay out of pocket. I am ready now to get out! So keep me posted on your findings. Like Jennifer and Catherine have indicated, I will read/research the resources provided. Thanks for your post as we are all searching for ways to be sensible and wise when so many of the choices given make no sense!!
Hi Jennifer, welcome and thanks for sharing your experiences, i was very moved. I do not have children in this life but am so awed by the parenting choices that have to be made. So few people are really understanding the ramifications. I so look forward to learning more in this new health series.. thank you to both you and Catherine
Beth, Thank you! I am going to do my best for you. Have a wonderful weekend!
Hi Jennifer,
I wanted to mention one of the most life supporting modalities I have been actively benefiting from the last 5 years is Ayurveda. Ayurveda means Wisdom of Life. It is 1000’s of years old with origins in India. There are many resources that you can search. The basic premise is Know Thy Self and trust your inner authority rather than externalizing authority. The subject is vast but I wanted to let you know as it may be an interesting resource to consider as part of this very vast topic.
I know personally the truth spoken in these comments. I pray for each of you and your children to find the treatments that work and what you need to get them. Jennifer Walters is a true blessing and cares 100% in helping bring light where there has been so much darkness. God bless her and her family for standing up for all of us.
Thank you Debbie! Welcome to the Solari Family! You are a Godsend to me & my family.
I never comment.Ever. But after watching this I had to say thank you. To you, Jennifer and also Catherine. This interview completely validates every person who has questioned the status quo in medicine and went their own way to protect their family.Thank you for your bravery, your knowledge and your heart. I also must say that over the last 2 years, solari has really gone above and beyond with actionable intelligence. I now trust every gut impulse I have that goes against the mainstream. Thank you.
Jennifer, Amazing reply. You should comment more. ; ) Thank you for your support and encouragement. Your comment reminded me of a Meme I posted during covid lockdowns that went ‘viral’ in many different forms, that said:
As a mom of vax injured child
I WILL NEVER COMPLY.
Threaten to make my life harder?
FAT CHANCE
Shun me from society?
ALREADY HAPPENED.
I have been fighting alone for years,
UNTIL NOW.
Reinforcements have arrived.

The Solari Famliy has been my light in the darkness. You are never alone. We can do this! Thank you. Jennifer
Thank you, Jennifer!! And you are right: reinforcements have arrived. Thank you for joining Solari and for what you are doing. Greetings from Europe!
