“Let the beauty of what you love be what you do.” ~ Rumi
By Catherine Austin Fitts
It is my pleasure to introduce our new series: the Solari Health Series. This coming week, we publish my interview with host Jennifer Walters, BSN-RN, PHN, MFA.
Jennifer and I have been talking about the “aha” moments in our life when we realized that we had to take charge of our health—and we had to become exceptionally discerning users of a health care system in which therapies are increasingly dictated by the government and the pharmaceutical and insurance industries. I asked Jennifer to share some of her most important “aha” moments, including the story about when her son’s vaccine injury years ago set her on a much more independent path.
Jennifer is a registered nurse with experience working in hospitals and with a wide variety of patients, including in the areas of labor and delivery, home health care, and patient advocacy. A review of her resume tells you that this is a person who is literate in everything from the full gamut of homemade kitchen remedies to the most sophisticated procedures and lab testing that medicine can offer. Most importantly, Jennifer is a mother responsible for family nutrition and her children’s health.
Whether we are learning to take better care of ourselves or how to navigate the medical war zones in our lives, staying healthy has become an exceptionally important but complicated task. The more we can learn about how to do so—and, as much as possible, take care of our health in ways that are practical and economic—the better.
I and the Solari team are very grateful that Jennifer has agreed to take this task on. Please take this opportunity to welcome her to our team and give her your ideas and feedback on what you would like her to cover in the Solari Health Series.
This is the last week of the month, so there is no Money & Markets or Ask Catherine this week. E-mail your questions for Ask Catherine or post at the Money & Markets commentary for the following week here.
Talk to you Thursday!

Jennifer,
What do you know about this medical organization- goforward.com? My wife came across it and says there’s an office in Oklahoma where I live. Currently they’re $99 a month and unlimited office visits. It’s a 6 month special and then the price goes to $149 a month. Some things sound good with them. They look to be tied in with Covid shots however. Wondered if you had any experience with them.
Hello, I haven’t had any experience with them. I do know there are concierge medical clinics that are part of the cabal and appear wonderful but they aren’t looking to get out of the system & create their own, they are basically pharma shills with covid money. Then, there are some run by doctors that left the system and believe in the doctor-patient relationship (which I will be writing about a few in the coming weeks). All you can do is call and ask what their stance is on covid shots and covid testing and masks. I wouldn’t’ settle for a doctor who still has one foot in the pharma pocket and they other in concierge clinics. I did think of someone…This is not a personal referral or any guarantee that he will be a good fit for you, but I do know of a doc in OK that has worked with others I know and trust. Dr Jim Meehan https://www.meehanmd.com He does telemedicine & direct care primary care, integrative and holistic medicine. He wrote a wonderful ebook on masks that I sent to all of my friends and family. He is very popular in the ex-vaxxer circles, and I trust that circle’s judgment. 7134 South Yale Avenue, Suite 430

918-600-2240 If anything he may help you find someone else. it’s always good to meet doctors that are on our side. Remember when looking for a new doctor that isn’t in the system, don’t make your choice based on the cost. Oh, I know, it’s important of course, but if money is tight I always have been able to figure something out with payment plans and even barter or trade. For us, our specialist for my oldest with the vaccine injury is pretty pricey for his appointment because he takes his time going over tests, hands on- head to toe physical exam etc. But, we only have to go to him once a year or sometimes every 6 months, so we can save for it and it’s worth every penny. I hope that helps. -Jennifer
I just took a look at GoForward and they are very technology based and they love their “covid treatments” which consist of vaccines and tests. They can even give you an app with “the latest CDC Guidelines” I would say they are a NO. They do have a really nice website. For me, I wouldn’t choose them. You know how much we love our Data tracking apps here at Solari. lol Sorry about that, but don’t worry, there are a lot more good guys out there. Maybe the website states that for insurance purposes, you can always give them a call or ask in person. -Jennifer
I have found that a really good Chiropractor that works with the nervous system and not just manipulating the spinal column are Highly knowledgeable. A Doctor of Osteopathy as well. Many medical doctors to leave western medicine and continue on the natural path of education is someone who has shown they truly wish to be on the side of wellness rather than treat the symptoms of disease with Pharmakia as many have been taught.
The Flexner Report written in 1910 will give you a different perspective about Medicine. We must remember that many doctors went into medicine with the best of intentions.
Thank you Jennifer for your heart fillrf stories. My husband ears ring constantly which started about 5 years ago. He had a wisdom tooth that was pulled by a dentist because the dentist felt like it just needed to come out. However once the wisdom tooth was pulled, my husband started grinding his teeth really bad. He has lost almost 1/4 of his front 8 teeth. It is possible with this grinding that he may have caused nerve damage that is causing his ears to ring? Do you have any books recommendation of ear ringing with teeth grinding? He will not go back to any dentist and with all these COVID issues, he is not a fan of any doctors.
I want to assist him naturally if at all possible. He will take natural medicines.
Thank you again and I look forward to more videos with you.
Melissa
Oh Melissa! Tinnitus (ringing/buzzing in the ears) is awful! I am actually about to contact a dentist out here in Los Angeles that is known for healing TMJ pain and tinnitus and grinding. He advertised for a while on television before Covid and I wrote down his name but lost it during the covid show. I have had pretty bad teeth grinding and TMJ pain that sometimes can cause ear buzzing and nausea ever since my back was injured in a car accident in 1991 (Drunk Driver hit my car at a high rate of speed, I have had two back surgeries).I had forgotten about the dentist I saw on TV until I was sitting in my personal doctor’s office just last week and he said, “I had the coolest dentist come in to visit today, he gave me a lecture on TMJ, jaw pain, grinding, dental issues and the like, he was great! I am going to go to him next week”. I said, let me guess, he is about 70 years old and his name is Dr Gorman? He said, Yes! Do you know him? lol No, I do not. I guess I am supposed to go to him, I haven’t called him yet. I am going to add him into my dental investigation I want to do for the Health Series. He is known for healing horrible pain, grinding, snoring, and “tough cases” of TMJ. Plus my doctor loves him. This is not a personal recommendation or does it guarantee your hubby will be healed by this guy, or you will even like him, but I know that pain and I want to help. Even if he isn’t anywhere near where you live, I would call him and set up a consult & take a trip if you can or get a referral for someone out by you (unless you live out here). HIs videos on his website are filled with grateful people that were helped by his treatments. Check him out and let me know how it goes. His website states:” Providing patients with relief from the adverse effects of this condition has become one of the primary focuses of Dr. Gorman’s dental practice. His goal is to allow patients to be pain-free, thereby improving the quality of their lives. He offers a complete, all natural, non-surgical in-office program for treating TMJ problems and related symptoms, such as headaches, jaw pain, bruxism (teeth clenching and grinding), and tinnitus (ringing in the ears possibly from neck pain and jaw pain)”. Again, Solari is not responsible for the outcome of this referral, but I had to let you guys know about him. Praying for your husband. Also, low magnesium/& other minerals can cause the teeth grinding and supplements can help with tinnitus too. I will have more info from my report in the next few months. I hope this helps. -Jennifer https://www.mgormandental.com/about/cosmetic-dentist/
Thank you Jennifer for all the great details. I have done some research on Dr. Gorman before and will pick up that research again. Like you COVID hit and all the research that I had done went out the window. I am not sure who to trust anymore for medical advice. I did purchase B12 and Benfotiamine for him and giving it a another 15 days to see if any improvement to his Tinnitus. I will add the low magnesium to his pill pile 😉 It is hard to stop the grinding with the world we wake up everyday in. We do not live in CA so hopefully some telemed options.
Melissa
The patients I have spoken to at Dr Gorman’s were thrilled, maybe a trip to CA for a visit? If not, I am planning a interview with him to see if he wants to talk about his treatments on the health series, so maybe he will have other recommendations. Let me know what you find out and I will keep my ear to the ground to see if anything comes my way as well. God Bless!
Ears ringing can be symptoms of heavy metal toxicity. We have been poisoned by vaccines for years. Amalgam fillings have mercury in them. Dentists who say that you are better of keeping them in are misinformed. It is simply not healthy to keep them in.
Dirty electric can also be an issue. History of concussions as well.
ClO2 (Chlorine Dioxide) is a way to do a heavy metal detox. Use activate charcoal, bentonite clay, a zeolite product, green algae (chorella) and garlic together 2:1 ratio, MSM and a mineral replacement. (Offering a variety, not all at once) Do your own research.
ClO2 is also good for a blood cleanse as well.
Drink with water in a glass only vessel.
I am on a wait list to get my amalgam fillings out. I drink Clo2 water with a straw as to not pull mercury out of my fillings while drinking.
Thank you Heather for your great details.
I am putting pieces together that may be causing his ears to ring. He does have Amalgam filings not a lot of them but he does. He grinds his teeth day and night just depends on what he is thinking. I think he has ground his teeth into his gums which I am thinking is causing nerve damage. This is causing the ears to ring.
I cannot convince him to see anyone right now due to the mistrust in the medical world. Jennifer provided a DR in CA which would be a stretch for us as we live in TX. Californians are moving to TX to get away from that environment. Very hard for me to ask him to enter CA for a health care provider.
Again, I really appreciate your information. I follow individuals on TG that provide positive details of Chlorine Dioxide. I will relay your message to him to think about.
Thank you again – Melissa
I just had a thought about grinding his teeth. He may actually be mobilizing the mercury by friction. 90 percent of mercury is eliminated by the body through feces. Clean colon and at least two to three bowel movements a day. High protein diet is really important if it is mercury. If your husband is a vegeterian, you may wish to consider whey protein shakes (fat) to facilitate elimination. Take daily probiotics as well. There are in home heavy metal blood tests you can take for about $200.00 for a quick peek. That will help you determine what action to take next. Hope this helps.
We did a low dose chelation that only took an inexpensive hair test with a specific way to read it, but there are several types of chelation methods out there. I chose Cutler low-dose because it was based on the length of time the chelating agent stayed at the optimal level in the system pulling metals out of the system. Go to https://noamalgam.com/start-here-andy-cutler-chelation-acc-protocol/ to check it out. I know you are so experienced with this, so I thought looking into what has brought my son out of autism and is helping many kids and adults heal on our own would be interesting. I would love to hear what your think. : ) Thank you for all of your wonderful comments!
Thank you Jennifer for your stories and your dedication to change things. My experience as a mom of a vaccine injured child is a little different but I am wondering if other people have experienced something like this. My only daughter was a bright healthy child until I took her for a “well-visit” at age 14 to get a permission slip signed to play sports in high school. She was never the same after that day. The pediatrician said she needed booster shots. I did not ask to see any vaccine inserts and the doctor failed to offer to inform me of all of the possible side effects that could occur from the shots she was about to administer to my child. I am mortified that I didn’t know anything about vaccines back then and just casually let her proceed. She gave her a Hepatitis A booster and a DPT booster on that day. The DPT has been identified as such a harmful vaccine causing most of the documented vaccine injuries that it has been changed to DTaP, given to children 2 months to 6 years to prevent diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis and Tdap, given to children age 7 and older and to adults to prevent all three diseases. I guess my daughter was one of the last children injured by the original DPT shot. She developed a headache as well as aches and pains in her joints and extreme fatigue. She didn’t tell me how she was feeling at the time. She did not want to go to school the next day but I actually made her get up and go. She came home at 3 PM and immediately fell asleep. I did not understand what was happening to her. I took her to a rheumatologist who checked her out and informed me that she was just being an uncooperative teenager who didn’t want to go to school and that there was nothing medically wrong with her. I continued to make her attend school for a few more days until I finally realized she was truly sick and not pretending. She had been a straight A student who loved to read for pleasure who now informed me that she could read the words on the page but that she could not retain any of the material. She called it brain fog. She had restless leg syndrome where she would pace around the house to relieve the pains in her legs. She had trouble sleeping at night and was extremely fatigued all day. I took her out of school and got a home school program for her to do online. I knew that it was the day she got those shots that had changed my daughters health for the worse even though a rheumatologist deemed her well. So I knew I had to look to alternative doctors to help us. I took her to a doctor who did extensive bloodwork on my daughter that revealed a high concentration of aluminum. Apparently, DPT and Hep A contain aluminum. He began her on a regimen of supplements and suggested chelation. My daughter refused the chelation because his office was far and it would have required several visits and IVs. She did not believe in the heavy metal theory. She began feeling very depressed and was convinced that she actually had a psychological problem that could be cured by a psychiatrist. She wanted psych meds. She also thought she might have Lyme disease which did turn out to test positive. Basically she went from doctor to doctor, alternative and regular, trying various protocols which granted some improvement but never relieved her symptoms completely. She did realize after a few attempts that psych meds were destructive and unhelpful. She also gave up sugar and began taking supplements regularly. Luckily, the brain fog did clear up and she was able to pass the GED, get a job, and get married. However, she has continued to have joint pains, muscle pains, stomach pains, occasional severe headaches, and extreme gut issues. She cannot eat normally. She has to be very careful about triggering pain and fatigue. She has never been able to maintain a 9 to 5 job for long because she is often too sick to work. Her husband loves her and keeps things going thankfully. She has been diagnosed with “Undifferentiated connective tissue disease” which is a clinical entity defined as serological and clinical manifestations of systemic autoimmune disease. Doctors have no idea how to solve that. Teenagers and young adults are not always cooperative patients when it comes to following protocols anyway. I think what has happened to her is that the unwillingness to chelate the heavy metals out of her body when they first went in at age 14 has caused the development of an autoimmune disease in her twenties with a myriad of complicated symptoms that are not being addressed. She will never be able to have a baby due to her general weakness, bouts of fatigue, and random debilitating severe pains. She is 28 now and has suffered all this time because I took her to a well visit 14 years ago. She is still unwilling to consider chelation. She is not angry with me and does not even associate her pains now with that terrible day. I feel awful that my ignorance caused my child pain. I only tell this story to alert people to the fact that vaccine injury can happen at any age. Random teenage booster shots can be the straw that breaks the camel’s back. I am totally against any and all vaccines since that day and have done my best to let people know the dangers. But I think a lot of people with children who seem pretty healthy who have gone along with the CDC vaccine schedule do not know that a life changing event can occur at any time a shot is administered.
I am so sorry to hear this. ClO2 (Chlorine Dioxide) has been shown to reverse symptoms of heavy metal poisoning from Vaccines.
When you have time look at The Universal Antidote, The Science and Study of Chlorine Dioxide by Andrew Kalcker
Thank you for your kindness, Heather. I will check out your resource and pass it on to my daughter.
Correction Andrew Cutler
Excellent source for detox information. I am so looking forward to your up and coming work Jennifer. 🙂
Dawn, I am devastated to hear about her injury. I understand your guilt but do not let it take your joy. Use it to search out help for her. If she isn’t willing to look into getting help then I am not sure what to tell you. That is hard. As a Mom of a now 15yr old that can’t do what others can at times all we can do is be there for them and help them the best that we can. I do not feel any vaccine is safe and my youngest son who is 10 is very healthy without them. I have several patients that had the same reactions and were finally able to have a life without pain and a family after diet changes, simple chelation, and various treatments/adjustments and some anxiety therapy with yoga-type masters. Chelation doesn’t have to be IV, we did the weekend rounds of Andy Cutler chelation, there is an online guide and a mom-expert to help her through it on FightAutismandWin.com (it works for more than autism) if you want to check it out. I had a similar reaction to a DTP shot at 14, of course, no one really put two and two together but I had a chiropractor that helped me with nutrition, gluten removal and much later my son’s chelation helped me as well. I do believe in Chlorine Dioxide, I have seen it work wonders in my community. I will do a few presentations on the low dose chelation and another on CD as well. Praying for her. Maybe a mom-daughter weekend or week long ‘detox’ retreat? There are a few listed online with groups and somewhat affordable. Maybe she would meet others with her symptoms and find the help she needs on her own with a little nudging…? Just an idea. God Bless, Jennifer
Thank you for your kind response, Jennifer. Because my daughter has so many GI issues at this point, she thinks healing the gut is where her answer lies. She had to stop gluten and most grains years ago just to be able to function, so she is on board with that. The slightest dietary misstep can result in weeks of fatigue and headaches as you know. She lives in England with her husband so getting together is difficult but she is coming for a visit in August. Maybe I can send her some very compelling information on low dose chelation and chlorine dioxide that she would be interested in trying. I will check out FightAutismandWin.com. I look forward to your future presentations on low dose chelation and CD. Thank you for sharing your research and experience. I especially appreciate your prayers. God bless you, Dawn
Excellent – thank you Jennifer for coming onboard the Solari Report. I guess to start I’d like to know
your thoughts on daily habits for health and wellness. Does that include occasional fasting or some kind of a cleanse?
Thanks and Welcome:))
Lori, Sorry it took so long to get back to you…I have been thinking about your comment on fasting or occasional cleanse. I have used both methods on and off during my time in the rabbit hole and they are very personalized treatments. But to give you a general direction to look for the best guidance, I tried to find a few sources of what works for me. I found one page that listed 2 of my favorites for a cleanse: https://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/modern-diseases/reviving-health-through-gentle-detoxification/ I use the Castor Oil packs and the Coffee enemas. yep, you heard right. I use the Castor Oil pack much more than the enema, I tend to be dehydrated (because I love to drink coffee-which I should give up due to my adrenals etc… someday.) but when it’s really needed I do that. I found a great resource for intermittent fasting on the Wise Pod Cast https://www.westonaprice.org/podcast/223-why-intermittent-fasting/ and a wonderful book review on Solari about “The Complete Guide to Fasting” by Jimmy Moore and Dr Fung (I like buying books so I can highlight and re-read the instructions) https://home.solari.com/book-review-the-complete-guide-to-fasting-by-jimmy-moore-and-dr-jason-fung/ Hope that helps. -Jennifer
Jennifer: As you know, I’m an attorney. When I was still in “law firm” practice representing individuals I had a client (60 YO) with lupus who was almost killed at a nursing home rehab center where she went to build up her weight and get in shape for a needed operation on her gut, which had blockages and all sorts of problems. She needed medications other than by mouth, but that never happened and her throat became raw and she came close to sepsis. I was there every few days with my HCPOA but never succeeded in protecting her from a system that literally appeared to be attempting to kill her. I couldn’t even get her out!
I couldn’t get the nursing home to feed her properly (the reason she was there — to gain weight!). The hospitalist doctor never came in her multiple-weeks stay, never saw her and didn’t respond to my written requests for her to be discharged or to be seen by the doctor or a nurse practitioner. She finally left to go to the hospital with pneumonia after 911 was called when she couldn’t breathe, which resulted in her losing 60% lung capacity in her one remaining lung. That means for the rest of her life she cannot survive an operation, thus reducing her life expectancy.
I hope you have the opportunity to do a show, or more than one, on dealing with nursing homes. I am an ATTORNEY and being on-site and threatening was not enough to save my client. I complained to the Ohio Department of Health, which regulates nursing homes. The ombudsman came on site, saw the situation, brought in a bunch of investigators to be onsite for several weeks and interviewed 50 other patients with complaints. But my client’s complaint was not pursued to action because she was gone (to the hospital with pneumonia that almost killed her) by the time the investigation was completed and the Dept of Health had no jurisdiction once she had left! So all they have to do is kill the patient to keep the regulators at bay. This nursing home is in a chic neighborhood and is physically beautiful. My client ended up there because the social worker at the hospital would not approve her to go anywhere else (!). The hospital social worker ignored the doctors’ recommendation that she go to CLeveland Clinic to see a vascular specialist to see if they could get IV access for her needed drugs, since medications in pill form were ruining her throat and causing sepsis.
Everyone of an age with aging parents I tell about this experience says “yes, I’ve had similar experiences.” It is a plan to kill the elderly and the so-called social workers are in on it.
Carolyn, I am weeping after reading this. Yes, we must investigate. They are killing people.
This is so sad and becoming too common. I’d start with the patient putting their shoes on and walking out the door. They have no authority to keep them against their will. If that isn’t possible, ask that they be put on hospice and get them out that way. A patient is eligible for hospice if they are expected to die within six months if their condition progresses. You play their game back on them: if I don’t accept your treatment you say I will die. Well, I don’t want your treatment, I want hospice. Hospice care can be delivered at home and can be cancelled by the patient any time. The idea is to get the patient out of the hospital or nursing home. Talk to the hospital’s social worker or contact hospice directly to get hospice started. A benefit of hospice is that you get the patient away from the hospitalist and back to their own doctor who knows them. You can also explore other treatments the hospital won’t give such as vitamins and Ivermectin. Demand hospice before the patient is vented as hospice cannot deal with vents. They can, however, provide oxygen in other ways – cpaps, bipaps, for instance. Using hospice as a tool, the patient can be removed from a dangerous facility and have more control over their care. Demand it early, before they start IV remdesivir, trachs and vents.
I worked for an amazing private Hospice company in South Jersey a few years ago. You can keep a client in services for longer than one may think. The nursing case manager needs to do regular evaluations to keep in care. Failure to thrive, weight loss in one of them. Many services to help the family, Nursing Aide for ADL’s, bathing, out of bed ect. Pastoral Care, Social Worker, Animal Therapy, Reading Therapy, Reiki Therapy. I found the “Cancer” specialty hosp. to be egregious. They would continue Chemo therapy and radiation treatments far too long. By the time the hospice referral came it was too late to actually help clients and their family. Some even expired while in transit home from the hosp. There was a poll taken of Oncologists who reported (If I recall correctly) 80 percent would not take the meds they prescribe their patients.
It would take a few weeks to get patients help with constipation from the over prescription of incorrect pain management medications. We could actually get much better end of life quality with medication changes. It is so sad that medical doctors do not have the correct training in this matter. I believe most of them mean well. They just do not know what they don’t know.
I am so happy this platform is here to help others navigate the system is they must be in it.
Posted in Ask Catherine; 1. Do you know of any blood panels/tests/markers that can indicate EMF poisoning. A family member moved to a 5g heavy area and I noticed they get sick frequently. The do not heed my warning on it, but are open to trying bloodwork or any other medical test to see if thats the case.
Also, more questions on how to detox from heavy metals.
Heavy Metal Detox, We used the Low Dose Chelation program from Andrew Cutler, but there are a lot out there. I liked this one because it was based on how long the medication stays in the system. A great resource is the FIghtAutismandWin.com website, it explains the low dose chelation really well, but it is focused on kids. Otherwise there is NoAmalgam.com same protocol but resources for adults. The Facebook page is still open for Andy Cutler Chelation: Safe Mercury and Heavy Metal Detox, it’s a private group but I doubt it will be very hard to join. Hope that helps. -Jennifer
D-dimer test
Many studies show micro-coagulation with cellphones and towers, spike protein exposure as well. ClO2 great to look at to cleanse the blood.
BioGeometry-Ibrahim Karim Ph.D Dr. Sc. for in home protection, body jewelry as well. I am highly EMF sensitive. I moved to a high EMF area and my room-mate has power booster for the Wi-Fi and will not shut off at night. My cat started showing signs of dried blood from his nostril and looked awful. Not a happy cat. I would wake up feeling exhausted. Look at the bood Back to a future for mankind. I found out I was being poisoned my my hybrid car. BioGeometry was a life saver for me. He was contracted by Switzerland to help with EMF sickness from the cell towers. His work with BG3 energy was ground breaking when coupled with quantum physics and incorporated into body jewelry and in home envoirnmental change.
Wow! Thank you, Heather!

It was by Divine Guidance when I was sickened by my hybrid car I revisited one of the topics of study in Sound Therapy. I had many long drives back and forth to work and I used that time to continue research. I was called to look back at BioGeometry and found a lecture about race car drivers having significant problems with the renal system. Yah gives us exactly what we need when we need it!
Elizabeth, Clays and baths have been a huge part of immune health for my family too! French Clay by the kilo sounds like heaven. I will look into that. Years ago when I was a child I went to a hot springs a few hours from Los Angeles, there was clay from the ground we covered ourselves in, baked in the sun until we could barely move and rinsed off in the spring water. Rejuvenating! I almost forgot about it. Thank you for the memory & another idea for study:Clay. -Jennifer
