    1. I appreciate Jon’s defense and his pointing out all the great coverage Alex Jones has provided. That said, I agree with John. Something not kosher with that trial.

  1. Without the “European Mirror”, and since the box does not enlarge the video, what I do is press “control” key and “plus sign” key together.

  2. Hello Catherine,
Regarding the Alex Jones case, defense attorney Robert Barnes went on along rant about all the terrible things that went on in the Alex Jones trial on his youtube channel with Vivey Frie a week ago or so. I remember that among many other things the Judge ruled in favor of the plaintiffs based on the fact that Jones did not comply with disclosure when in fact Jones went to great lengths to comply with disclosure.
I also remember that the jury came from Austin Texas and somehow the process in the jury selection produced only people very hostile to Alex Jones. The jury only actually ruled on the award but not on the merits of the case.
The TV clip on your video seems to show something else, that the defense was not competent or working against Alex Jones.
One other point Barns made was that Alex Jones only made his comments in answering a viewer’s question. This subject was not something initiated by Alex Jones himself. Another point was that Jones retracted his comments, something that normally settles the issue before trial.
I quit listening because I could not stand to hear all the injustices going on.

  3. Adults in the Room, an excellent book. I read Thucydides and Herodotus while touring, picked up Yannis Varuflakis for the flight home, 2017. We tipped as well as we could to leave a lot of dollars in private hands.

  4. Super Mon. & Mkts. Report! Now it will be more than Alexa that can be used to surveil consumers. Amazon acquired the robotic vacuum contraption… Roomba. I was at a friends house who was just thrilled over their new Roomba…in reading some of the specs I saw where it maps out the floor plan of the location it’s situated in… as the attached link explains. So, a map of your home will be readily avail to Amazon. “Founded in 1990 by a trio of Massachusetts Institute of Technology roboticists, including Angle, iRobot’s early ventures led to rovers that could perform military and disaster-relief tasks in the aftermath of the Sept. 11 attacks”…seems they were contracted by the US Government originally. Shows that the circle dance between the Government and those it contracts with continues apace….
