  3. Yesterday I received a screenshot of a short newspaper article with a photo of Henry Kissinger with the byline “Kissinger quote from a speech to The WHO Council on Eugenics, February 25, 2009:”
    It reads “Once the herd accepts mandatory vaccinations, it’s game over. They will accept anything – forcible blood or organ donation – ‘for the greater good.’ We can genetically modify children and sterilize them — ‘for the greater good.’ Control sheep minds and you control the herd. Vaccine makers stand to make billions. And many of you in this room are investors. It’s a big win-win. We thin out the herd and the herd pays us for extermination services…”
    SO…I just can’t believe this was actually said, but I have no way of confirming it. Any thoughts?

    1. No idea. I used to be in meetings with Kissinger in New York. Does not sound like his phrasing.

  4. my guess as to why the narrative has quieted down is because there is a growing realization that the health data does not support the pandemic and vaccine mandates. (finally) the FDA release of the FOIA’ed data will compound this situation. the switch to biometric digital ID will be met with suspicion if it comes to close on the heals of the covid pull back. i think they realize that humans do not want a disease based ID system because it gross, fear based and negative. a narrative to associate something positive with the ID (save the earth/climate) is being created. participation will be incentivized as opposed to a hard mandate.

  5. the other way the digital ID op could evolve is that a person ‘will not be allowed’ to own or trade in digital currency unless they get an official digital ID, which would track transactions. the rationale will be preventing money laundering, cyber crime and financial risks. a cyber event could propel people into another fear based scenario. over time not having the ID will be very inconvenient. one of the near term issues is that inflicting a new information system ID on commerce is expensive and no one really wants to pay for it or deal with it.

    2. Considering my last two posts, and a separate analysis from Dr. Seneff. Here is an observation from a dear Solari friend.
