Re Paypal, I a couple of weeks ago was about to get signed up for a VPN, and was going through the payment webpage. Paypal was on there. Before I baled on that, I told the provider that they had been doing really well on pushing privacy until I saw they had Paypal as an option.

Sadly, the video doesn’t seem to be working. I first tried to view it via the app, then logged in via my browser. It only plays four seconds of intro, then stops.

For “cash Fridays” and such… What about checks? I’m guessing better than cards, but not as good as cash?
-
I used a check to pay my dental bill…

Many apologies and thank you for your patience. All is well now. Video and MP3s have been replaced.

Hello Ms. Fitts –
Good afternoon – we posted this at another spot and will also try to find the location to ‘ask Catherine’, but until we do, we wanted to ask again; we understand the concept of no compliance and agree, but are also wondering about the legal contractual requirements on all the entities that took the covid-relief funds; has there been a write up or analysis on those contract requirements, such that if our local private school took funds, what kinds of contract requirements are at play and how far do those go? Maybe another commenter here has come across that kind of article?
Thanks in advance –
So much to learn, … just get up earlier right?
Sue-
Just send questions to askcatherine@solari.com – I do not know of anyone who has looked at the contract requirements on private enterprises, only the public schools. I will see if I can find.
-
thank you Ms. Fitts! Yes, it would be helpful to understand how the covid-relief funds forced our local institutions to respond, in many cases harmful to us and our families.
