   1. This allegation has been making the rounds, but a massive renovation of the Fed has been in the works for years and begun in 2021. Most likely this is simply due to construction.

5. Came across this newly released paper on CBDC and “Monetary Policy Passthrough” from the BIS and thought of John Titus.

   Could you please elaborate which option do you think is better for the future of the whole world: current unipolar system maybe with more transparency or multipolar system which is trying to emerge? Or something completely different and transparent? I know that this is a very simplified question, but I hope it makes sense to you. I would really like to hear you thoughts and reasoning on that.
