  1. Recall CAF comments about “perfecting collateral” … the SBF/FTX bankruptcy involves digital assets and ranking/seniority of many creditors. USA Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Article 12 addresses creditors and digital assets in bankruptcy. It was finalized earlier this year, next step would be adoption by individual states.

“Under Article 12 and associated amendments to Article 9, a party may perfect a security interest in certain controllable electronic records by obtaining “control” of such records. In addition, Article 12 confers an attribute of negotiability on controllable electronic records – a good faith purchaser for value who obtains control (a “qualifying purchaser”) takes its interest free of conflicting property claims.”

Notice the implication for those who obtain digital assets (CERs) which were stolen.

“The stage is set for an absolutely insane zero-sum match. On one side, one million crypto investors robbed of ten billion dollars by SBF. On the other side, a network of dark money Democrats who will fight to keep as much of those stolen funds as possible. The fur will fly.”

    1. Rich – A while back you suggested ways to protect a bit against 5G and EMF energies. I can’t find that information now and would love to have it…it was about copper screening I believe? I just noticed they placed a 5G ‘light post’ about 125 yards in front on my apartment and in direct alignment to a bank of windows, so I was thinking of creating a curtain of sorts to roll down when I am in that room.
      Thanks for your help.

        1. Thank you Rich! I will keep an eye out for new products and hope you will keep us all informed of such. Blessings

One Of England’s Largest Solar Farms Goes Bust After Borrowing £655 Million

Believe it or not, another solar energy company has gone bust. This time, it was one of the largest in England.
Toucan Energy Holdings 1 Ltd., based in Essex, Southern England, has gone into administration after racking up a whopping half a billion pounds in debt, according to a new Bloomberg report.
The company owns 53 solar farms across the country and had borrowed £655 million from Thurrock Council over the course of four years to try and finance its expansion, the report notes.

The investments are now being called “a scandal of huge proportions” by the council’s opposition. Thurrock Council has since appointed administrators to try and sell off the farms and return some cash to the council. The liquidation is supposed to “maximize recovery” for taxpayers, the current leader of the council said.

  3. Americans Will Have To Provide Biometrics when Traveling To The U.K. From Jan. 2023:

“Similarly to the European Union’s ETIAS, set to come into effect next year, the United Kingdom will require American citizens to provide biometrics and pay a fee when traveling to the country. These changes will begin implementation as early as January 2023, yet should be fully operational by the end of 2024… ”

    1. Turning the geofencing ratchet. Andrew Niccol’s “In Time” movie is worth rewatching. Includes immortality and geo-fenced zones where you pay with (life remaining) time (there is no money) to cross from poor to rich zones. No visas needed, “only” life/money taxation of movement.

    2. Already happening. I just returned from a trip to the UK…… my first international travel more than two years….the facial biometric scan started on the flight from Chicago to London, and was announced just as we were boarding the flight. After landing at Heathrow, and getting on my connection flight to Glasgow, you go through these turnstiles with cameras that again take your facial biometrics. That was customs. I thought it was strange….. no customs agents asking questions, just put your passport in the slot and take your picture. As the article mentioned, they dont yet take fingerprints, only facial pictures because apparently, they don’t have the right technology yet for the finger scanning. I had no idea that I was going to have to submit myself to biometrics scanning when I planned this trip. Nothing was mentioned by the airlines. I am not vaccinated, and was looking forward to being able to travel to a country that appeared to be completely open. But voila! All is not as it seems. At least I was not harassed anywhere for my non vaccinated status. But I won’t be returning to the UK anytime soon.

Also, when I returned back to Chicago and went through customs, I found it interesting that they no longer segregate US citizens from non citizens.
